Came here today before seeing a show as the location is convenient and everywhere else was rammed A male waiter was friendly and accommodating enough to find me a table as it was only me dining I had to wait a few minutes to order despite a waitress being available behind the bar she couldn't take my order so I had to try and get the waiter and other elderly waitress attention to ask for some service I ordered chips and garlic bread and this didn't take long to arrive despite the very busy atmosphere I could see the 2 staff serving everyone were rushed off their feet it was a Saturday and lunchtime period so I tried my best to keep a positive mind The food arrived hot and garlic bread was fine but the chips were so salty it was like I was pouring salt in my mouth out of a tube! I couldn't taste the chips they were absolutely coated in salt and I consumed about 5 before I physically couldn't touch them anymore they were swimming in fat and salt I think if I had finished them I would have been harming my body and probs ended up with diabetes I'm a healthy person and don't eat salt in large amounts/from shakers/dont cook with it but I know in certain restaurants they do and use it as seasoning etc I wanted to ask for a fresh batch without salt but couldn't get anyone's attention to change my order so wasted half of my meal I would give a higher rating if someone had seen to me quicker instead of the elderly lady "one minute you can see I'm busy yes" gesturing around the place to me I could see it was busy and cramped for space I didn't expect quick service but a friendlier attitude from the woman would have been easier I was a solo traveller and gave this place a chance but wont make that mistake again Paid £8.90 (gratuition fee included in that too) only to leave half of my meal because one ingredient was too unbearable to consume which could have easily been solved if someone had asked me how my food was or paid me some attention Won't be returning when I am in the city again If you zoom in on my photo of the chips you can actually see how much salt was used on them The elderly waitress was rude and talked to the waiter in Italian after I had told him how salty the chips were and why I left most of my meal so I didnt know what they were saying about me but from the way the lady was acting and giving me looks I was certain it was about me Couldn't wait to leave after I paid my bill overrated, overpriced place which will leave your taste buds dying in pain from how much salt they...
Read moreThe worst meal of my life. The food here is absolutely awful in taste and quality. Within 15 minutes of leaving the restaurant, I was literally vomiting into a gutter in soho. They don’t deserve even 1 star.
For our meal, we waited over 40 minutes to be served food that was awful and absolutely microwaved. The telltale sign of being hot on the outside and stone cold on the inside. When we pointed this out to them they became ridiculously defensive.
The atmosphere was awful. We booked in advance but we were still seated next to a table who must have been at least half baboon with the outrageous noises they were making. We were round the corner in a small separate room, no one walked past us for the entirety of our meal so we couldn’t ask to move and they didn’t offer to move us.
After vomiting out the world’s smallest king prawns, we returned to complain and we were met with ridiculous amount of hostility. They asked me to throw up on demand in the restaurant in front of the other diners as proof that I was ill. An old Italian lady shouted in my face about how happy I looked and that it was impossible that I was ill. The chef (microwaver) came down and shouted at us in the middle of the restaurant about how his pasta was beautifully made... we’ve attached a photo of what they deem to be “Italian king prawn pasta”. We paid £12 each for our pasta meals, and we left wishing that they would at least go to M&S to get the food before they microwave it, as their ready meals have a better taste and much bigger prawns.
If we can persuade just one person to not go here for their dinner, I’ll feel like I’ve done a good deed...

Walked in with my friends when we felt hungry, and the moment we sat down we all wanted to leave and go to the Japanese restaurant next door. You ever get the feeling when you walk into a restaurant that the food will be bad? Yeah I felt that instantly, from the tacky interior and the overwhelming menu I knew quality wasn’t going to be something I was getting, especially when I saw the stains on the napkins and dried food on the knife.
My friends ordered the pasta and told me it was bland. I ordered the pizza and I’ve never seen a more miserable pizza in my life until now. The toppings were non existent and looked pathetic, practically like something a child would make from school and bring home. The dough was like rubber, wet rubber and so was the texture. I could only eat roughly two slices before giving up. The entire experience was depressing and felt as though I came out of an episode of kitchen nightmares.
I’ve had my fair share of Italian food before, so I know what quality taste like, so don’t be fooled by the reviews here because this surely wasn’t it.
Negative reviews isn’t something I enjoy giving out, but what my friends and I learnt was to never doubt our instincts and never go into a restaurant that was...
