No excuses to eat badly when out & about in London when there’s an Itsu … not far from U 😆 I am an enthusiastic weight trainer and try to maintain a high protein diet and cannot recommend Itsu highly enough. The fact that they offer a Triple Chicken Teriyaki Rice Bowl that provides an incredible 75g of protein, but that it is filled with healthy carbs & fat AND it still tastes delicious … Blooming Marvellous! The atmosphere here is so calm and peacful. The restaurant is very clean and well maintained. Luisa's hospitality was outstanding. She immediately welcomed me and asked if i needed help and took the time to explain the menu to me. It is so comforting to see such a young woman with such a genuine personality that makes you feel so welcomed and so attentive. I personally do not see this nowadays in other restaurants i go to.
