Leto at Hans Crescent left me utterly disappointed and dissatisfied after my third visit. While the cakes were undoubtedly delightful, they failed to compensate for the abysmal customer service. On all three occasions, I encountered incompetence and indifference from the staff. During my first visit, when I sought clarification on whether the food was halal, the waiter displayed a shocking lack of knowledge and and when I insisted on confirming he wandered around without asking anyone and made a feeble attempt to confirm, which left me questioning the integrity of their operation. My disappointment only grew during the second visit when a simple request to change a cake flavor was met with a curt refusal from an unaccommodating staff member. It was baffling to witness such inflexibility, especially when the requested change was feasible and would have enhanced my dining experience. The overall attitude of the staff reflects a disinterest in providing quality service and a disregard for customer satisfaction. With prices that rival those of renowned establishments like Harrods or Selfridges, one would expect a level of professionalism and attentiveness that Leto sorely lacks. In conclusion, Leto at Hans Crescent may excel in the realm of cakes, but its dismal customer service and uncooperative staff render it a regrettable dining choice. Save your money and seek out establishments where both the food and service meet the standards deserving of your patronage.

I recently visited L’eto Hans Crescent and had a disappointing experience. Two days ago, I purchased two Dulce De Leche for take away, and after completing the payment, a staff member rushed out to inform me that the transaction had not gone through, despite my phone displaying an approved payment notification. The staff then consulted the manager, who approached me in a rather confrontational manner. He bluntly demanded, “Where is the payment record on your phone?” I explained that while I had closed the payment notification, the HSBC mobile banking app showed a successful payment on that notification, though the formal transaction record would take some time to update. The manager insisted I had to pay again immediately, which I did. Upon checking my HSBC app today, I confirmed that I had been charged twice for the same purchase at L’eto. I am now faced with the inconvenience of returning to the store to request a refund for the duplicate payment. This review is primarily to highlight the appalling attitude of the store manager. Instead of addressing the situation calmly and professionally, I was treated as if I were at fault. It is extremely frustrating to deal with both the manager’s behaviour and the hassle of recovering my money.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Leto Caffe on Hans Crescent, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The manager (Mohammad) and his crew provided outstanding service, making us feel incredibly welcome and well taken care of throughout our visit. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the cakes. The selection was impressive, but the honey cake and pistachio tops truly stood out for us. The honey cake was perfectly moist with just the right amount of sweetness, while the pistachio tops were a delightful combination of rich, nutty flavors and delicate textures. Each bite was a testament to the skill and dedication of the patisserie team. In addition to the delectable treats, the ambiance of Leto Caffe was warm and inviting, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing afternoon. Whether you're in the mood for a quick coffee or a leisurely dessert, Leto Caffe is sure to impress. Overall, I highly recommend Leto Caffe on Hans Crescent. With its amazing cakes and top-notch service, it's a must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth or a love for quality cafe experiences. I loved their Honey and Pistachio Cake bought take way as well. Thanks to Mohammad and his crew for the amazing experience.

We had one of worst dining experiences ever at this branch of the restaurant. We waited for 40 minutes for our order to arrive, and when it did, it was incomplete. The waitress had forgotten one of our cakes and when we pointed that out, she rudely said that someone else will take care of it. She never came back to check on us or apologize for the delay.

Due to the long waiting time and poor service, we asked for the discretionary service charge to be removed from our bill. To our surprise, we were told that it was not possible and we had to explain several times what the word discretionary means. The waitress then went to her manager and she asked us why we wanted to remove the charge and we told her the reasons. We also said that we were in a hurry and we just wanted to pay and leave. Instead of accepting our request, she started to argue with us and tried to justify why the charge should remain. She was very unprofessional and disrespectful.

When the bill finally arrived with the service charge removed, we noticed that the amount on the POS terminal was more than our revised bill. The waitress had tried to charge us the service charge anyway, hoping that we would not notice. This was very sneaky and shady of her.

We love the LETO brand globally, but this branch was absolutely disappointing. The branch is new, clean, spacious and the cakes were as good as always. However, we will never come back to this place and we do not recommend it to anyone. The tea pots for breakfast tea here are smaller, and not the usual glass one in...

I recently had the most delightful experience at l’eto. I can't help but sing its praises. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly hellos. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee filling the air.

The service at this cafe was truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every customer felt welcome and well taken care of. I want to specifically say a big thank you to Mohamed sufyan, he were attentive, knowledgeable, and ready with helpful recommendation or suggestion. It was evident that he was passionate about his craft and genuinely cared about creating a memorable experience for his guests.

What truly set this cafe apart was the ambiance. It felt like a haven of tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. The tasteful decor, comfortable seating, and soft lighting created an atmosphere that was both cozy and chic. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy a moment of respite from the outside world.

In conclusion, my experience at this cafe was nothing short of exceptional. The outstanding service, delectable food and beverages, and atmosphere all contributed to a truly memorable visit. I highly recommend this cafe to anyone in search of a delightful culinary experience and a warm, welcoming ambiance.

P.S. for anyone visiting as there is such an amazing selection of cakes I personally would suggest the...
