The beef curry was quite good but the starters this time were mediocre, the satay chicken was served with a tiny dish of peanut sauce that wasn’t enough for two people nor for the amount of chicken, I asked for more otherwise it would have been too dry. After paying the bill - and before leaving the restaurant - I realised the wine price didn’t correspond with the menu so I queried it with the waitress, the more mature lady in charge when she overheard the questioning she looked away and left the more junior waitress to deal with the situation. She said the menu had not been “updated” which I found a sign of dishonesty and she insisted in the charge. She then opened the till and had a lot of £1 coins that appeared to be a common practice from the hidden overcharge. When I challenged the price she gave me a £1 coin (I had paid by credit card). The additional tiny ramekin of peanut sauce was charged at £1, fair enough everything has a cost but when you spend £100 in a meal it is greedy and cheap to profit from this type of minor requests. The restaurant was full of people only having tap water and a maybe couple of soft drinks (we had a bottle of wine), this really put into perspective the wrong approach from this business. Towards the end another gentleman came out of the kitchen and got involved further ruining the experience. They gained £1 from the tiny dish of peanut sauce but lost a regular customer that will not come...

One day before my friend came here and he said the food here was not good. But I was curious to try because of the high review. Note that I am a Southeast Asian and it’s not my first time to eat Thai food in London.

I ordered Pad Ka Prow and before I ordered I make sure with the staff that it’s the minced type. I didn’t order drink because I want to try the food first and see if I like it or not.

When it came to me, it’s not really minced like the traditional ones in Thailand. And the taste… barely no taste at all. Fish sauce taste also quite bland. I understand that Thai food in another country might be adjusted a little bit, to fit in with western taste. But the one that I had was not good at all. I would say it’s edible if you’re hungry, but left unsatisfied after eating. It seems like the chef forgot to put some seasoning inside my food. Almost taste like a hospital food. I should’ve believe in my friend and choose another Thai restaurant nearby.

Other than that, this place has a good atmosphere and service was normal, not outstanding. Probably will...

Although the staff went out of their way to make the food with mine and my mother's intolerances and allergies when we got the food home nothing was labelled so mum and me had to guess and as a result we both ended up eating things that we had a reaction to and made us both very poorly and sick. I considered calling a doctor because I was incapacitated and mum brought everything up. As a result we are both still recovering 4 days later and I'm laid up. She's elderly and I am disabled and this was just irresponsible not good practice. The food did taste nice although the practice of not labeling the containers when you're ordering the same things with two different allergy information was not on. Luckily me and mum are still here but this could of been so much worse. We spent over 50 pounds for a takeaway we couldn't eat and it poisoned us! We will not order...

I really like this Thai restaurant and had a good dinner. I tried 2 "classic" Thai dishes. Pad Thai Chicken & Prawns: This dish had a great mix of fresh chicken, prawns, and eggs. The scallions, chives, bean sprouts, and crushed peanuts added a nice flavor. I especially liked the lime, which made it taste refreshing. I also tried Som Tam Thai. This traditional Thai green papaya salad was really good! The fresh papaya strips mixed with lime juice, fish sauce, garlic, chili, cherry tomatoes, long beans, dried shrimp, and crushed peanuts gave it a refreshing and tangy flavour. I also noticed they have Coconut Pad Thai with Soft Shell Crab and Seabass Pad Thai on the menu. They sound delicious, so I might try them next time!
