I have only been here twice, but I can't think of anything that would make me take a star off. The park the cafe is in is just lovely! I said this first to get the atmosphere factor out of the way. I got their chai latte the first time I was there, and the vegan orange almond cake (a difficult decision I had to make as the other cakes looked and sounded just as lovely. ) As an Indian, I can vouch for the chai latte that it has enough chai and zing of the masala to make a desi girl happy. The cake, perhaps a personal taste, was the right amount of sweetness. I usually find sweets, cakes and pastries around London a bit too sweet for me. The people who run the cafe and super nice and welcoming. If you want to know whether I'd recommend them, well, my weekend plans include trying out one of the...

I discovered this little outdoor café quite by accident while exploring the Gordon Square Park area. It was a chilly day where the wintry wind went right to your lungs and back with every breath. The warm soup and hot earl grey served with a kind smile felt like a cozy hug going down the proverbial hatch. Everything is homemade and there's plenty of vegan and vegetarian options available as well. If you're in the Gordon Square Park area, stop by for a spot of lunch and support a fresh-made, local business. Money well-spent! (Also, very cute café all around--perfect for featuring on your next Instagram...

The sandwich (which took about 10 minutes to be made) would have been OK, except that it had a large piece of lettuce in it. Surely everyone knows that you cannot cook lettuce and expect it to be edible?! It cost £5. Regrettably, my money would have been better spent at...
