Location: This place is next to the Tesco Superstore which makes parking very easy. Hackney Central Station is also a stone throw away too.
Service: The shop is run by a couple who are nice and friendly.
Food: I ordered a 干炒叉烧河粉 (Roast BBQ Pork Fried Ho Fan), it was epic. The Ho Fan was not too dry but it was not oily. It tastes much better than those served in China Town even better than Wong Kee's quality.
The food is good but the price is excellent too. I paid £7.80 for this lovely dish and I was not disappointed for both quality and value.
Conclusion: I will visit again, most likely solo as this place is not for a Romantic Date or...

Been here plenty of times over the years for dine in & take out.
Particularly like coming here when i’m in the need for no-nonsense tasty & plentiful food in a hurry.
ps. Have only had the odd issue with orders but if communicated well, they’re always supercool at sorting it out.

Read moreIf you want to have something quick and not too pricey, here is the place for you to fix your belly as their portions are usually big. Staffs are friendly in here too. I must say this place is very hit and miss and food are usually very salty. I went there today, and the pork was so dry and salty. I've been giving them many chances in the past, it's a bit sad but I think it's time to move on. Also the dishes they do is relatively in Cantonese style, but the taste of food is so not Cantonese...
