Nilly's Cafe — Restaurant in London

Decided to return there after trying it once(3 days prior) but the 2nd go around the service was rubbish just from when we arrived there.. tables inside were full so we decide to wait for a free one to come up. A group of 5 comes after us and the waitress comes outside to speak to ask them how many pax to try sit them(she didn’t speak to us the entire wait we were there).. so we move forward forcing her to sit us first. We sit get our order taken but 15min later only coffees have arrived, meanwhile the group of 5 is halfway through their meals(yes we ordered the same basic breakfast).. we give it another 5 minutes before asking her and she (very nonchalantly) said another 5-7 minutes. Wanted a good breakfast before hitting Brick Lane on a Sunday morning so after noticing this place was popular with the locals and trades (van drivers, builders etc) decided to pop in. Myself and wife each had a Breakfast menu 2 and service was speedy and friendly. Food very nicely presented on a large oval plate; beans, 2 lovely crispy hash browns, sausage, 2 slices of good quality bacon perfectly cooked, 2 nicely done eggs and a plate of warm, buttered toast and a coffee £4.50 each so good value and very filling. Yes it is a 'greasy spoon' but a good one, and there was a good selection of other items (rolls, ciabatta, salads, jackets etc). Table was cleaned and reset efficiently and a nice old man could wait to get my seat when we left....

On our visit to London we stayed in whitechapel, near Nilly's. We searched on a search engine for breakfast and decided on Nilly's a great choice. We didn't book in advance, i don't know if they accept bookings. When we arrived there was at able just vacated and they cleaned it up and prepared it for us, there was 4 adults in our party. We were given a menu, and asked if we woud like drinks. We all had various types of coffee all of which were good. We all ordered different styles and sizes of breakfast, food was excellent. Sevice 10/10 Food 9/10 Coffee 9/10
