Came here for a meeting with a customer. Paid for 2 cold drinks (waitress at till did not mention about sitting in or taking out) and sat outside.

After a few moments a different waitress told us we could not sit on an outside table as we hadn't paid for sitting in, I explained I'm happy to pay the difference. She then made another excuse ans said we will have to move to prepare for lunch, it was only 10am!

Not wanting to make a scene in front of my customer we sat on a nearby bench. We were there for 30 mins and not once did they get the outdoor seating ready for launch,they even allowed other customers to sit in the spot where we were sitting!

Bad experience. Will not be taking anymore...

Good ambience but bad service. They will tell you they don't have table available on a "Wednesday" when you just want to chill and have a coffee or maybe they are just racist to Asian people. They can't even speak English properly and does not know what is a Latte Macchiato, the woman at the counter charged me separately by Latte plus another cup of Machiatto and did not give the order to her colleague. I'm not coming back again and not going to recommend it to my friends. Plus the coffee is not even...

The best thing about this place is the TV showing films - ‘Big’ was on when I was in there. Horrible service, VERY overpriced, even for The City- £10 for tea and poached eggs on toast. Food arrived just about lukewarm, toast was tiny and stale so was extra crispy and sharp - had to eat it with hands rather than with cutlery then eat the cold, tiniest eggs I’ve ever seen, separately. Service slow. Tried to complain but got nowhere - I’m store, online and over phone. Don’t bother, there are many...
