Notting Hill Coffee Project — Restaurant in London

It doesn’t make sense that coffee taste this good and get prepared so quickly.

Since my friend introduced me to this place, I would make sure to visit NHCP every time I visit London. I’ve been here for at least 5 times now some with months in between and I can guarantee you the lattes they make are consistent.

In fact, rather embarassed to say that I will come here for the latte and go to Blank Street Coffee next door for their pistachio pain au chocolat every time (instead of getting Blank Street’s latte you know).

Swift service with baristas taking your order WHILE they’re making coffee. Great consistent fresh coffee — you can taste the notes even with milk-based drinks like latte, that’s very rare. As of 17th May 2024, you even get a free coffee of your choice on your first app download and purchase!

NHCP is second only to Full Court Press in Bristol in my opinion, and Full Court Press charges £5-6 for their lattes. Large lattes at NHCP is average...

Wow, just wow! Ok the coffee was good and reasonably priced but the service was incredible and THATS what I step out for. The energy emanating off the staff members was infectiously warming, matching the warmth of the coffee. I was served by a young lady called Jess and she brightened up my day with her smile and conversational skills disclaimer not in a weird way I’m happily married but just in a nice customer service way. Her colleague hazel was also very nice and with a row of coffee shops to choose from I’m glad I chose that one. I ordered the Brazil coffee and the conversation was so good I stayed and tried the Ethiopian one too. I prefer the Ethiopian one I think it was a stronger flavour. Will deffo revisit...

On 29th May, 2:10 pm, I experience very bad service from your shop with your incredibly rude staff. She shouted at me when I’m walking out, and ask me to throw the coffee cup in the bin. I would appreciate the reminder but not abusive tone and unappreciated attitude. Please train your staff properly.
