Osteria Pane, Vino & Amore — Restaurant in London

We dined at this restaurant tonight as a family at the recommendation of other reviewers. It was a very bad experience and the food was not good. We waited well over an hour for our food. It was delivered all haphazardly-not all meals were delivered at the same time and some food came to the table cold. Some were halfway through eating their meals before the next person got their meal. The garlic bread was so burnt and crusty you couldn’t eat it. The lasagna was very dry with very little sauce and overcooked. Two incorrect meals were brought that weren’t part of the original order and they were trying to be passed off as what was originally ordered. When this was brought to the attention of the waitress and then conveyed to the chef, the chef blew a gasket and violently threw the meals in two bowls and broke them.. Not classy at all. very bad experience and beware of this restaurant they given my partner wrong food and when complained they did not care . there is a black skinny lady by the name of ..Alexandra ,,manageress she comes across nice but very manipulative and uncaring . after we complained she tried to charge again for the food which was again disgusting and way too expensive the hygienic status of the waiters were another concern to us ,we will never eat there again .,,,because of the food the servers and the kitchen area is absolutely degusting we will not be surprised if this restaurant gets shut down by the council...and i sincerely hope no one gets food poisonings while eating at this restaurant ..regrettably a very worst of the...

Well, This is one the most horrible restaurants i went today in life. The lady was all nice before. Food was okay. Not perfect italian. When we wanted to pay the check we asked please remove service charge. I don’t think anything wrong with that. Service charge is optional as per law. Then lady told my girlfriend that you should go to burger king. The lady should have answered me this. I would have given her answer in Italian only. A host of restaurants should not behave like that. She has no right to judge our class and cannot tell us that you should go to burger king.
