Pizza Go Go Bayswater — Restaurant in London

These guys make great pizza don't get me wrong. The deivery service however is atrocious. I ordered a pizza and a Fanta drink. I think the problem here is the delivery guys they use 'Just Eat' The order was wrong no drink with it and no receipt. I have had 3 orders 2 from KFC and one from GOGO Pizza all of the oreders were wrong but this last one was the worst. As above. I had connected and ordered through the Just Eat App. I received a confirmation by email that my order had been placed. The drop off time was 18:35 to 18:55. By the time I received the order it was 19:20. The pizza was cold. There was another small sized pizza on top and no drink. Most importantly no receipt as I get reimbursment through my employer for food on business trips. I rang the restuarant and ended up arguing with a guy on the phone who insisted that I had not answered the phone and the drink had been dropped off. In the end another more resonable guy got on the phone and asked what I wanted as he was busy hurry up. So much for customer service. Anyway he established what I wanted was a drink and a receipt and said they would get dropped at the hotel which they were in good time. So I checked my phone and a number had called it at 18:20 while I was in the shower, prior to going down to Hotel Reception to collection time.

I rang hte number thinking I had made a mistake to see if it was the delivery guy. Whoever hung up as oon as he answered so I rang back again. Someone answered ( I said are you the delivery guy and he said no no no and hung up.

I usually buy food from pizza gogo and never have an issue with the taste . Their pizza is not the bezt but it is not bad . What i like most is their chicken strips and chicken nuggets. My family like their chicken , it is so tasty . Unfortunately, yesterday Sunday 13th july i bought pizza and some chicken with chips for lunch and I was shosked later. The pizza was ok but the chicken and the chips were horrible , a bit burned and don't look fresh at all . They were definitely reheated which make my children dont want to eat them . We got disappointed especially that they took a long time to prepare our order when the shop was not busy at all . I am not sure what happened as this has been our favorite place for a while , but I am sure i am not gonna buy chicken and chips at least on Sundays...

I am extremely disappointed with this place. I ordered a pizza from Bayswater and, unbelievably, they sent me garlic bread instead. When I asked for a refund, I was told I’d only get my pizza if I physically brought the wrong item back—completely unreasonable considering I don’t live nearby. The staff member I spoke to was not only unhelpful but outright rude. Instead of trying to resolve the mistake, they argued with me, dismissed my concerns, and even hung up the call, saying they “didn’t have time.” This is absolutely disgraceful customer service. Mistakes can happen, but the way they treat their customers is unacceptable. I will never be ordering from them again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before spending...
