I was at Leicester Square with my friends yesterday night. We were hungry so decided to have a slice of Pizza at PizzaHut. As usual I have asked this guy behind the counter for a price for a Pizza slice (£3 each slice) and whole pizza (£12 six slices). After deciding whether to buy whole pizza or just slice, I ordered two Pizza Slices with can of Coke. This guy said they don’t have coke so he offered me a water bottle which I refused. I said I will just have pizza slices then. That was all the conversation; but don’t know why this guy was acting so furiously and rude at me that you do not expect anyone especially Restaurant like PizzaHut! Still I calmly asked him why he has acting the way he was; he then didn’t want to talk to me (I understand he might be tired serving all night!!) but he then refused to serve me Pizza and suggested I should get “F***k Off”!!!! I was like hang on - from where that came totally unexpected and shocked from such a reputed PizzaHut Restaurant. I then took a video and asked him to say it again - and you know what he didn’t care - and said it. I am going to make sure this guy become famous!! To #pizzahut Management - if you see this post please have a look at the video footage of your Leicester Square Branch - it was about 3:00 am morning. Is this the way you train your staff to treat people? This is really unexpected from service staff!

We Came in for a quick dinner before a film so we probably were lucky to get a seat being a weekend dinnertime. We were going to go for the pizza in the wall (takeaway section) but felt we had enough time to sit in, so that's always an option if you're in a rush. Dinner was served quickly and was brilliant, personally deep pan meat feast from Pizza Hut is one of my all time favourite pizzas. Had chicken wings and cheesy triangle bites. Wings were tasty with a sticky BBQ sauce, but the cheese bites were a bit odd, my friend pointed out they tasted like quavers and I'm inclined to agree. Price okay. ÂŁ16.99 for a pizza, side, and a drink. So not too bad at all for one of my favourite pizzas.

Please tell your cooks to cook the pizzas!! Apparently they tried to half cook the pizza (maybe because of the time ~10pm, even though another customer was served 20 mins after ours) and the dough wasn’t cooked enough, it looked transparent and didn’t taste well; we definitely noticed the difference compared to previous pizza huts we’ve had. My stomach hurt after eating just 2 slices. My expectations were totally ruined and I don’t think I’ll come back for a long time, I guess I’ll have to stick with Dominoes for now. See the difference of the pizzas that I was served and one of the same pizzas after being cooked in the air fryer.

Awful. Worse pizza Hut i have ever been to. Dirty with rude staff.

We approached the pizza Hut and a lady came immediately and told us she would radio downstairs for a table (all fine),she then walked off having received no response and returned with two other members of staff pointing at us. Eventually she approached us and told us to go downstairs. The other staff seemed to disperse so we went downstairs alone. We then waited again to be seated whilst the staff ignored us. Eventually another member of staff informed us he was looking for a table (it wasn't a big place...) then another member of staff finally led us to a table which had been free all along. During this time there were at least 4 members of staff at a time stood chatting near the bar and there was food all over the floor of the salad bar as well as customers waiting to be served.

We then sat down and ordered (I had to wave a member of staff down who rudely walked past saying 'I'm coming' right in my face). Whilst ordering the drinks, i first ordered a fizzy drink and he just presumed we all wanted one so a member of our group enquired about the price of squash and the waiter waved it away and said they were all the same. This had never been the case but none the less his manner was extremely rude. No smiles in this pizza Hut at all!

We then proceeded to the salad bar which was a total mess, there were multiples of things and many of the usual things were missing but there was food all over the top, mixed up with other foods and food all over the floor. The food was also in a sorry state - the cucumbers were practically mush and later I noticed a member of staff refilling trays without cleaning or sorting them out at all so goodness knows how long food had been sitting at bottom.

After a 55 minute wait our pizzas arrived and although my friend had requested no bbq sauce, there was bbq sauce on top of her pizza and the pizzas were terribly cut. We then ordered 2 cookie doughs for dessert which were not cookie doughs at all, they were cookies - severely over-cooked.

During our visit, I used the bathroom. This was by far the most disgusting part, whilst the staff remained standing around chatting, there was toilet roll and empty rolls all over the floor and in the toilets, there was mud and water trodden all over the floor, there was no toilet roll in any of the cubicles and all of the locks were broken. Not to mention the general dirtiness of the sinks and toilets.

It was a total disgrace. If the staff are this careless and disgusting in front of customers, you can only imagine what state the...

We went to this restaurant after a tiring walk around town to see the lights & thought we would end the night with a quick bite. What started off ok turned into a dreadful experience. We went as a group of 6 but couldn’t be sat together so had a table of 4 & a table of 2 with a walkway in between. It seemed easier to order per table so myself & my son ordered a couple of starters, an individual pizza & a couple of drinks. We do not have large appetites & hate food going to waste. After all we could always order desserts if still hungry but when the pizza came it was large enough to feed us both along with our starters. The pizza came with a salad which was a small cereal bowl sized one so I got some salad & thought nothing of sharing with my son. Along came the manager not knowing that we were part of a larger group & instead of discreetly reminding us that the salad could not be shared he spoke loudly & reprimandingly to ensure that other diners could hear that the salad could not be shared & had we paid for it. We said yes & he said no have you paid for the 2nd one. We then realised that we should not be sharing the salad despite us ordering so much food for 2 people. When my son said it’s ok we understand he stood there & said again loudly it is not for you to say it’s ok it is for me to say this, you should not be sharing the salad. His manner was obnoxious & demeaning. If the salad was worth it we would have paid for another but it was bland as was all the food at that store. Our entire party felt the same as we all regularly order from Pizza Hut & it is usually tasty but the food here was definitely not. This manager or staff member (Asian with a beard & accent) needs serious training in customer service. We are paying diners who had chosen to eat at your restaurant & did not deserve such belittling treatment. I’d like to add that all the other staff were pleasant. When thus one realised we were part of a larger group he did return to apologise but by then the damage was done. I can afford to pay for such meals but there are many who may be couldn’t & no one should be made to feel so awful in an establishment they have chosen to attend by any staff member. I truly hope the company will pay to train their staff...

I ordered a large cheesy fries and a hot chocolate as i was on my own and had already eaten a lot during the day. The staff kept approaching me after around 45 minutes of me being seated despite there being empty tables at the restaurant. They kept asking me do i want to order more. I kept telling them politely but clearly - ‘No I am fine for now’. They kept putting the menu on my my table over and over and i found their approach very strange and pushy. Not what i would expect in a restaurant at all let alone a pizza hut. But they continued until what seemed to be the manager (a south Asian middle aged male) came up to me and very rudely told me can i please order some more food and waved the menu around by me and told me it’s rude i havent ordered more food (I had already spent around £15) i told him frankly are you going to keep asking me the same question over and over?? I have ordered two items already and am full stop trying to force me to spend more money. He made up some lie about there being no empty tables but there were lots. I had to keep telling him to leave me in peace before he finally walked off. I don’t know if it’s some sort of culture clash but in the Uk and in Europe that is not how you behave towards customers at a restaurant. I gave my feedback to a young female waitress to pass on to him, she was very nice and helpful so i must exclude her from this criticism but whoever that man was with the menu was very disrespectful and left a bad taste in my mouth and made me feel like i had done something very wrong by being there, he was very very rude. Please pass on the feedback to him because no one else will enjoy being haggled like that when they have paid for a meal. It’s a similar feeling to being sat at a restaurant when you’re on holiday and having merchants walk up to you trying to force you to spend money on their products. It’s rude. My food also took a long time to...
