Service was exceptionally quick, and the food was amazing. We went at around 13:00 on a Saturday, so were expecting a bit of a wait, but that wasn't the case at all. We only waited eight minutes for our meal! We were served by Noemi, who was very nice and accommodating through our whole visit. She, and another member of staff, Dorota, constantly checked in to make sure that everything was okay with our food. They were both so lovely, and their kind treatment towards us was enough to make us want to come back! I ate the Spinach and Squash Cannelloni, and my sister had the Queen Margherita (as well as our starters of Sicilian Olives and Garlic Dough bites). The cannelloni was the perfect size, and absolutely delicious. The pizza was gorgeous as well, and my sister was so full she had to take some home! For our drinks we had the Passion Fruit Cooler, and the Strawberry and Mint Cooler. The Strawberry and Mint Cooler was a little too bitter for my liking, but that comes down to personal preference. The Passion Fruit Cooler on the other hand, was delicious! I would highly recommend going to this Bella Italia, as every part of our experience was amazing. Thanks again to Noemi and Dorota!

I recently dined at Bella Italian in Leicester Square, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time. The service was incredibly disappointing. The staff were rude and seemed more interested in chatting with each other than attending to customers. It took ages for someone to even acknowledge us, and when they finally did, they acted as if they were doing us a favor. When the food arrived, it was shockingly small for the price we paid. The portions were tiny, and it felt like they were cutting corners everywhere they could. I left the restaurant still hungry, which is not what you'd expect when paying London prices. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Bella Italian in Leicester Square. With so many great places to eat in the area, you’re better off spending your money somewhere that actually values its customers.

Shockingly Bad Experience. Starters was a burnt, poor quality garlic bread to share, an Aldi 99p would have been better, charged £7. Main courses was a Calzone folded pizza, again burnt, food was very average. Drinks were served from a shelf by the till, not chilled down and £3 a bottle of warm water. Bill was £50, worth in my opinion barely £20. I did the next day offer my feedback thru their in-house website, with a response it said in 2 or 3 days, a week on I still await them, so I'm on here now. With so, so , much eateries in the immediate area it is certainly worth trying elsewhere , I certainly will next time. I want to finish on a positive, the staff members were good and attentive, I just feel for them as the product they are asked to serve is so poor and no fridge to serve drinks from.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT before PAYING (extra dishes added!!)

Was here yesterday as a treat. I went for the 2 dish meal menu of £23.45 (I had the chicken Milanese with Spaghetti & chose Tiramisu as the dessert) & my hubby had their margarita pizza. The waiter Klemi was "attentive" but kept on referring to me as "her" when speaking to my husband!! The food arrived though must say the portions were small! We were NEVER asked if we wanted anything else or asked if we were happy with the food. Anyway, when another waiter came to clear our plates (again not asking how the food was or if he could remove the plates), my husband asked him to bring 2 plates so we could share the dessert (Tiramisu). When the dessert came.....GOODNESS the size of the Tiramisu was about 1/3 of what the original size should be!!! You really CANNOT even cut it in half. My husband AGAIN asked for 2 PLATES anyway and tried to share the miserable sized dessert! Now....we asked for the bill. PLEASE CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!!! On it, they listed my meal as £20.45 + £3.00 for Tiramisu = £23.45 for meal deal. Is this the reason why the size of the Tiramisu was so so small (Original price was nearly £8!!.) If the Tiramisu I got was the original size and you are meant to pay nearly £8, it is daylight robbery. Either way, it was wrong with size and price. Further inspecting the receipt, they added an EXTRA Tiramisu at the FULL price. When questioned, the waiter said, it was our FAULT for asking 2 plates and they misunderstood that as us wanting 2 Tiramisu!!! If that was true, why have we NOT be given 2 plates of Tiramisu but only given 2 empty plates as requested. They were lucky I rounded up the bill. Will DEFINITELY NOT BE...

To start this review off, let me say I don't often leave reviews unless it is really good or terrible. The Bella Italia at Trafalgar Square has been one of the worst places I have eaten in London. First off as we walked in the door my friend was politely showing one of the staff there and asked if it would work here and they came off quite aggressive telling us we had to buy another main course meal for the offer we later found out it didn't work and paid a ridiculous price for the cost of 2 Margarita pizzas which looked and tasted like they came from the nearest Tesco (but even that would have been 100x better than what we were given). It was burned tough to eat tasted cheap and where we sat was at the back of the shop it smelled badly of cheese. Not the type of cheese you want to have but like gone off cheese. The fact they had customers in the shop was surprising to me. I guess the main focus for a place like this is tourists but I would stay far away from this place. I work close by in Westminster and have tried food from a lot of the surrounding areas there are much better restaurants with better tasting food as well as better prices.

Customer service there was poor felt slight aggression from then and wasn't a comfortable atmosphere. The lighting inside is poor, there was honestly nothing good about the meal there I just felt violated.

To sum this review up, maybe Pizza is just terrible here or maybe I was the odd person who had a terrible experience there. But would I go back to Bella Italia? No. Would I recommend it? Definitely not. You are better off going to Burger King 😂 (Better food and service). Do yourself a favour and don't step foot into Bella Italia if I could give a review a...

Probably the worse carbonara I had ever had to date. I’m a good cook and I can literally make a pasta in minutes. It’s the easiest and quickest to make. But his place don’t cook it when you order. It tasted like it was put in a microwave. Seriously guys, about £15 for a small plate of carbonara like this is an absolute ripe off!!!! At least have the decency to cook it fresh and properly. Mine was undercooked and the meat in it will likely get me sick later.i complained in a polite way as I believe constructive criticisms is essential and the couple sitting near me heard me and said their pasta was bland and disgusting as well. I was whispering but she must have heard me talking to the waitress which was not my intention but it’s a small place

By the way the seating near the gents toilet has a dead spider on the wall and filthy. Please have the decency to clean the place a bit as well. The walls need a paint job. The last time I visit this place. If that’s customer experience I’d hate to see your kitchen.

Pizza and pasta are literally the easiest things you can cook. Also the most profitable as just flour with a few extras. I was expecting a lot more from this chain. No idea how you are still in business. Even Jamie Oliver can do it and he’s no chef and closes the majority of his places down once the public discovered the guy can’t cook either.

This area has many tourists and his is likely why you guys are being lazy.

Please get your act together and hire people that can actually cook a simple dish that takes minutes for an average person to prepare....
