Pizza Hut — Restaurant in London

First of all, the staff are extremely rude. I come into the restaurant expecting lovely customer service but at first, I am trying to order my food online and the connection is extremely bad. This made the food extremely late and I had to wait almost 2 hours to get my food. Not only that, but the staff would clean my table when I didn’t even finish my food, making me feel uncomfortable. Additionally, the manager was extremely rude and her name is Ghadeer. She firstly was so rude and was trying to teach me to speak Enlgish. She was disrespectful and ruined my whole day. It was also Valentine’s Day so I felt so uncomfortable once again. Also, she had such bad manners, everything has been destroyed and her personality is not welcoming at all. She is so not friendly and tried to teach me my manners when I was friendly and kind towards her. Ghadeer was also rude to everyone. I also got the wrong order when I got my food. I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the behavior of a staff member at Pizza Hut on 14/2/25(Valentine’s Day) at 9:55pm. During my visit, I encountered dismissiveness, unprofessional language, and a lack of assistance. I understand that everyone can have difficult days, but as a customer, I expected to be treated with professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, the experience left me feeling disappointed, and I believe this does not reflect the standards of service. First of all, the staff are extremely rude. The food perfectly complements the inviting atmosphere, and the attentive customer service elevates the dining experience. I’ve been a regular visitor and am always welcomed warmly by the management and staff. They genuinely ask about my week, striking a perfect balance between friendliness and respect for my space.

Now, let’s talk about the food—it's outstanding! Each pizza is served hot, fresh, and generously topped with delicious ingredients, dripping with cheese and flavor. You can really sense the chefs' passion for their craft; there’s a true pride in every dish. The salad bar is also crisp , clean and regularly refreshed.

The ambiance is clean, bright, and casual, making it a comfortable place to dine. Unlike some other restaurants, I’ve never encountered any pesky flies here.

It's also a fantastic spot for vegetarians, with the staff always mindful of allergies and dietary restrictions.

Kunal and Gadhia run an exceptional operation, supported by Tracy and Inga, who all demonstrate genuine care and commitment to providing excellent food and personal service. Highly recommend and a compulsory visit if you are in Central London.

Ghadir is the manager of this store. To say she went over-and-above would be an understatement!

Typical London traffic meant that we were very tight on time - Ghadir rang before we arrived to ensure that the children's food would be ready when we got to the restaurant.

Right from the beginning of our visit, Ghadir made it very clear that nothing was too much trouble. She accommodated some very fussy children with no bother at all (including a sauceless pizza!), the food was delivered very quickly and Ghadir could not have done any more to help us not be late for our performance of Matilda.

Not only was Ghadir attentive, polite and professional, she was also very nice because one of the children in our group had their 10th birthday today. We told Ghadir and asked if anything could be done...Ghadir arranged for a large cookie with a scoop of ice cream and a candle on top - everyone sung happy birthday to him, which was wonderful and completely facilitated by Ghadir.

It could not be more apparent to me that she is a CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY and a lovely human being. Please give her the credit she deserves as she went out of her way to ensure that our experience was excellent.
