Royal Hill Cafe — Restaurant in London

Although the staff there was friendly and accommodating and the vibe of the cafe was good, unfortunately, the food was quite a bit of a disappointment. To tell you the truth, we only had a simple black tea and stayed there for less than 15 minutes. The tea we had was such a letdown - we had a few sips and couldn’t have it more. It was bitter and rather tasted weird as if something was wrong with the water. It’s such a shame that it seems to be one of the few options in the area but can’t provide the simplest...

The first time i went here I loved this place . i ordered their breakfast menu which i must say was great. However the 2 times since i have found the staff to not be helpful or friendly. Today we got there just after 1pm so missed out on the breakfast so instead opted for a Jacket potato only to be told no ... because they had not taken enough jacket potatos out of the freezer?? Really?? End of service as she walked off..We promptly left somewhat disappointed. Nice...

Seemed untidy and staff although friendly did not seem over attentive. My cream cheese on a bagel was very nice and full breakfast was also nice if not a little sparse.
