Appalling service, terrible food and miserable experience. The menu had a 'vegan burger' which came with cheese, coleslaw with mayonnaise and pesto! i sent it back and it came back AGAIN with pesto! the afternoon tea (which we'd called ahead to request a vegan option) comprised of cheese and butter sandwiches, and buttery cakes. Had lunch here after going to the K Spa as a day guest. There was no one else in the restaurant at 2.30 when we went, which actually worked fine for my Mum and I. We both went for burgers and they were among the best burgers I've ever had! Medium rare, with a lovely brioche bun and great seasoning! I should have done this review ages ago , I’ve been busy but need to do this review before 2024… Iolanda showed amazing customer service and made me feel special on my birthday!
