The White Haus — Restaurant in London

Went there for a cocktail. Was told the the cocktail chosen was two for the price of one. Looked very nice from the menu, but was over 95% lemonade and the rest alcohol in the glass. I couldn't drink it. I just had two sips and left it. Very disappointing. I went to pay and they made me pay for two cocktails. I was already annoyed and disappointed so just wanted to leave. I didn't say anything. I just paid and left. Sure thing is The White Haus will never see me again. Reply to the business reply... It looks like you're saying I paid for my "cocktails" after 8pm... which isn't true. At 8pm i was already back home north London. Is it so hard accepting the mistake and just apologise instead of blaming your till or even worse, me? Okay so, sparknotes, the service here was absolutely brilliant - so kind/attentive - and the vegan food was chefs kiss. The vegan 'steak' salad situation was INCREDIBLE (My mum and I may have definitely ordered three... So, order that). But more importantly, our waiter Todd went above and beyond to make sure we just had the best meal. He clearly really cared that we had a good time, and took so much pride in the (really very delicious) food, and just- ugh, made the whole evening feel special. Nothing was 'too much' - if you're one of those people with all the dietary req's, this place is your friend. The ambiance rocks; reasonable prices; fun but not intrusive playlist; we even got some cute complimentary after-dinner chocolates in a fake book with the bill 😂✌️ Will deffo go here again....

We had a staff function here using the mezzanine floor as a semi private dining area. The venue is fantastic, the upstairs area was spacious, warm, the gondola was a unique addition and the couch area with a fireplace also adds to the Après-ski vibe. The sound system is great and the private bar is close by and well manned. Edie was amazing, she looking after our every need, and was always on hand if we needed help or had a question. She served us all quickly, with a smile and we were so grateful for her help. Thank you! The food was quick to come out, and was a great menu offering with all basis covered.
