Cute little place tucked in the corner of shepherd market. They only have very limited tables and chairs so there may need to be a long wait if you just walk in. Calling ahead of time may be a great idea. There are only 5 tables so having a big group may not be able to accomodate! Due to the size of the restaurant, it can easily get too noisy inside. The food tastes great and presented well! The staff were pretty attentive to the theur guests. There's a great selection fo cocktails and gyoza. It's like a tapas style but pan-asian dishes. The gyozas were great. Tuna tataki was really flavoursomw and presented nicely. It was a great place for lunch as we were only looking for small meal at the time. If its the same menu for dinber then I'd probably be looking somewhere elsw to get more substantial meal.

I just fell in love with this place. Very tiny place - 5 tables will hardly fit 20 people. Japanese inspired... literally. Probably the best gyoza I have ever tasted. My favourite was Spicy Prawn. It's not spicy at all, very moderate. The hottest Titu Kimchi with threatening 🌶️🌶️🌶️ on the menu was very lightly spiced, but was authentic Kimchi! Fried baby squids were good, but nothing compared to mouthwatering gyoza. Miso Kimchi Lamb gyoza was great, but nothing could beat Prawns! Book a table in advance. The demand is high! Not very cheap, but the quality justifies the price or even exceeds the one. Highly recommended! Haven't tasted their signature cocktails, but that I will leave till my next visit.

Titu is a Japanese restaurant "tapas" style. It is very small, it literally has 6 table and fits 14 people which makes it cozy an unique. The decor is super cool, from the origami hanging from the ceiling to the colourful tapestry of the chairs. We suuuper recommend the tuna tacos, the best of all we ordered. We also liked the wagyu gyozas and the veal ribs (though quite expensive, £25 for the 4 ribs...). The chicken katsu is quite normal and the spizy prawn gyozas are also quite plain and not spicy at all. The lemonades are also quite tasty. Nice place for a date or a lunch with a friend. However I believe a little overpriced for the quality of the food you get.

I struggle to write this review , as I love the food , i love the restaurant , everything was amazing but the service was just confusing and very weird . When I first came into the restaurant there were three people standing in the bar, the restaurant was empty and they just stared at me like I was walking into the wrong restaurant. They finally sat me down and instead of offering me a drink they just told me how they are fully booked and they need the table in 1.5 hour . I made a reservation and I called to make sure it was moved , so she then agreed to allow me to sit in the table for 2 hours . My friends came in and we struggle to order the drinks . Good started coming in and still no water , we had to ask every time . There are only 5 tables in the restaurant , you wouldn’t expect to keep raising your hand to order drinks , food and water . The restaurant wasn’t full , there were only 4 tables . The girl was constantly on her phone , and everyone we got her attention she will send the younger kid .

We were enjoying our food as it was delicious . Then the young kid comes at the end to say they need the table bc they have people coming . We said okay , we are done , then they never brought the check and again we have to waive and raise our hands to get the check . This whole process was very confusing , the restaurant has 6 tables , there are only 2 tables with people , they are pushing us out the door but still didn’t bring the check . I hope the owner really looks into this as the restaurant is really cute , the food is great , it has great potential but the service is beyond horrible . The three of them are just a weird...

We had dinner tonight there, as my girlfriend had good experience at this restaurant in the past. We were very disappointed because nothing is fresh, mediocre at best. -Gyozas are as good as the frozen ones you can get from Asian super markets. But 20 times of the price. Prawns not fresh. dessert is a joke, mango rice roll made with mango jelly + mixture of overcooked and uncooked rice the staff wipe tables with dried kitchen towel, we had to sit at sticky table surface the whole night. I was worried it’s gonna peel off my skin! It is infuriating we had to pay 50£ pp for an experience like this. i don’t believe whoever would appreciate the current food quality at titu. I will pay a lot more if the food is good, but with this restaurant they don’t deserve a dime from me ever. It’s utterly disrespectful bringing food like this to us on the unhygienic & ultra oily and sticky table. Worst dinning experience 2023. What a shame!! I’m still fuming I will be fuming for long time. Unfortunately there’s no negative rating I would give them -50 The only good part is the presentation, if I only care presentation I would prefer eating lego blocks. I dinned at all kinds of restaurants around the world from fast food to fine dining. This restaurant offended me because they are seriously not serious with its business. Word of advice: Get a real chef, use fresh ingredients, make the tables and space pristine or simply close, if you charge these...

Edit - despite emailing again after the restaurant replied here I have had no response. They are one of those places that just responds to bad Google reviews to look like they care - apparently they don't.

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience here. The restaurant is very small and they had pushed 3 small tables together by the door to make a table for 6. They sat me and my partner at the end despite there already being 3 other people at the table. My partner was shoulder to shoulder with a stranger and directly in front of the door getting frequently bumped and jostled by his neighbour and the waiter. Despite there being very few people in the restaurant and two front of house staff it was ages before they took our order and it took even longer to bring our drinks. When our drinks finally came we realised the table was so sticky that the glasses stuck every time we put them down. The food was tasty but small portions so we ended up spending over £100 for 2 drinks 8 tiny tacos, 1 bao bun and some crab and avocado in a bowl. Nowhere near enough food for dinner but we just wanted to leave due to the seating situation. So much for our date night! I know hospitality is struggling but they also couldn't be bothered to reply to my email explaining my problem so here we are. I advise supporting a different establishment who actually care about...
