Absolutely appalled by the way we were humiliated by your staff member at the Ground floor branch of the Arndale centre. We approached the store at approximately 18.56hrs this evening & politely asked if they were open for orders ( not knowing if they close at 7pm or 8pm). A tall Caucasian female member of staff politely said ' yes.' We then proceeded to the screens to place an order of a regular fruit salad smoothie and as we were doing that a very passive aggressive member of staff ( 5ft4, looked of East Asian ethnicity, dark hair & glasses) started talking at me saying 'last order , last order.' I looked up at her confused & explained that her colleague had said we were ok to order. Anyway, as we were waiting, she shouted across to another customer who had ordered just after us, asking him if he's okay to have strawberries in his shake. He politely declined, saying he asked for mango only. I stepped in & said that I'd be happy to take it ( to save them making me one and wasting that). Much to my absolute shock, she filled the cup , slammed it on the counter & walked off!! No interaction, nothing. The absolute humiliation. My partner picked it up & we walked out the store. I cannot put into words, how disgusting that behaviour was. How does anyone, find it appropriate to attack someone like that through their behaviour?? You are dealing with people. Polite customers & if you cannot handle stress or personal issues then BOOST as an organisation need to send them for stress management training, followed by customer service training as basic human respect has clearly failed them. Read moreCome here consistently and decided to try the new store upstairs, was waiting for my drink when I overheard the manager with dark hair ask another member of staff to go for a chat, the staff member asked politely if they could have the chat in the store where they were stood and the manager became very aggressive and rude telling the other staff member (blonde hair) that she’s refusing to talk to her. Other customers and I were giving each other looks because it was completely out of order and undeserved - I’ve heard comments from this manager before but usually brush it off as maybe she didn’t realise she was being blunt but after seeing the confusion on the blonde girl’s face and the general response from others who witnessed this I’ve come to realise that this manager isn’t suitable for her role. I’ve never left a review for anywhere but can’t find an email to put a complaint in so here I am. Read moreThe staff are amazing and friendly. They help you with any information in terms of nutrition information or dietary requirements. They go far beyond their expectations and go out of their way to even provide a sample of one of their drinks. The drinks are delicious and are most definitely worth the price, think of it as going to a fancy restaurant and asking for the tastiest smoothie you can ever drink. It's that!
I'm not a regular but have bought a odd one every once in a while and they are worth at least giving a try of the sample. Along with their customer service, they can assist you with your own custom smoothy on the kiosk (touch screen) and help you with information.
I know this is only 1 person's opinion but if one can share their experience and they believe people should at least try, give them a go at the very least.
