Ordered via app for pick up at certain time. Came to shop at that time, waited additional 10 minutes before approaching the worker as I saw they didn't have my order even in "queue" to be worked on despite numerous customers who came after me being served. His reaction "whoa, thats big order, you have to come in 10 minutes" - it was 4 teas and mind you this was already 15 minutes after my scheduled pick up time. I came after additional 15 minutes for this worker to avoid me and any eye contact, waited another 5 minutes and approached different worker, being annoyed (order through click&collect to avoid this kind of situation!). They didn't even receive my order via their system, let alone worked on it, so the guy (who gave the vibe of manager/supervisor btw) knew fully well that even when I come later as he requested my order won't be done! Again had to wait for everyone to be served to finally receive my order, 40 minutes AFTER the scheduled pick up time. Absolute waste of my time and awful service from the male employee who continued to ignore me for the rest of this delightful experience. For the first time in his life, hes 24, I had managed to get him to come to the city centre with me to choose some Xmas gifts. We were met by sniggering little girls at the counter. He had not noticed but I had. I did not want to make him feel uncomfortable so I let it slide. I would love to know what is so funny about someone with autism.. could you please explain? Maybe little immature kids should not be in customer service....

UPDATE: I contacted them due to the request below, but they just interrogated me about my purchase and asked for photos of it as if I'd asked for a refund, rather than responding to their request to rectify the issue. Then no response.
Update: I was sent a voucher for two replacement drinks. Went today and tried passion fruit and lychee teas. Was very nice flavour and...
