1 star because -10 is not possible. Worst Domino's ever used. They should not even be running as a business store. Made an order worth £20 at 10:45pm, the tracking app said delivered but no call received or any form of contact to let know the pizza has arrived, went downstairs to check and there was nothing despite saying it has been delivered. Tried to ring the store multiple times and no answer (you can imagine the frustration at this point) - tried to ring another store in Manchester (Ancoats) to ask for advice on what to do - they recommended to wait a little longer as sometimes the tracking app is not accurate and the pizza might still have been out for delivery. The pizza of course didn't arrive. Rang the manch Arena store the following day to enquire on why I didn't receive my pizza nor get a notification that I WON'T be getting my pizza despite TAKING MY MONEY. Took 2 attempts for someone to pick up, whoever answered the phone and gave me the explaination (couldn't even call that an explaination) shouldn't not be working there as he has THE MOST USELESS customer service skills. His answer was of no help, and considering Domino's is such a big and reputable company you'd imagine that they would care about their customers a little bit more. I am utterly disappointed with the service received - but this is not the end of the story... I was not satisfied with the answer received so I tried to ring again to ask for more explanation and advice of whether I could still get my order instead of "Ring IT desk tomorrow they'll give you a refund in 4 days" (this was the explanation provided by Domino's employee)... this is where it get funny... tried to ring for an hour straight and no one picked up - twice of those calls I got hanged up on, they clearly were hearing the phone ringing but they purposefully chose to not answer. Just so you know I WILL be going into the store and look for the guy who was on the job that day and WILL be filing a complaint against you because your service has been so poor that you SHOULD NOT have a job there....
Read moreUseless. I have MS, so I put a note on my order for the driver to come up and deliver to our door as we live on the 12th floor of a block of flats. Each time the driver rings up outside, wanting me to go down and collect it. Each time I have to explain to him that I struggle to do this. One time I got asked "are you disabled", another time, a different driver "who's disabled?", now after speaking to the manager twice, tweeting and getting feedback from the complaints department, this evening not only was our order wrong, the driver yet again tried to get me to come out, when I spoke to him, he had not tried to get in the building, he just did not want to leave his car parked. If parking is an issue, then simply do not deliver to our building, or get someone on a moped to do this. This evening the driver was huffing and sighing that he had to come up. Disgraceful. Unfortunately I have to order again from them, for my correct order, let's see if I get another...
Read morePlaced and order for Mediumn Pizza, with Dough Balls and a Bottle of coke. I got a call within about 20 minutes to say the driver was outside, but once I have got outside, there was no driver to be seen and the app had said my order had been completed.
I called the branch immediately to advise then of this. They advised they would remake the order and send it out as soon as possible.
I got another call around 15 minutes later to say the driver was outside. This time I was already waiting by the door . The driver was rude, and could't even be arsed to say hello or apologise about the confusion - surely after delivering to the wrong person, you'd at least check the name, so ensure this didn't happen again?
But to top all that off they forgot and item off the order! I'd have mentioned it to the driver, but with his attitude, I wasn't sure id live to...
