Dr. Miao — Restaurant in Manchester

Heard a lot of good things about the food here especially fried chicken. Unfortunately I was full so opted for a bubble tea instead.

I'm not sure if I misread the menu or they have a different take of bubble. The ones in my drink were jelly, which I wouldn't mind. However, the straw they gave is so bad, or maybe I'm doing it wrong. It was flat on both ends, so I have to find a sharp object to poke a hole big enough to use the straw. Only to realised the jelly were bigger than the straw, so there is no way of eating the jelly without tearing up the plastic/paper cover of the drink. I find this really awful and awkward, this is the first time I encounter this after 15 years of drinking bubble tea.

I'd still love to try their chicken though, but maybe next time I shouldn't...

Been here over 10 times and gave them many opportunities as I work locally and is the closest Chinease cuisine but continues to disappoint, food itself takes extremely long for the workers to make and when it is done it’s way too hot to eat and needs 10 minutes of cooling time , this has happened every time I’ve been but the biggest reason why I wouldn’t go back is THE WOMAN ON THE COUNTER IS VERY RUDE , every time I’ve been she has different prices and menus and patronizes me for not knowing the prices , rushed me every time , doesn’t talk at all unless it’s negative ,very blunt and rude and not someone I’ll ever go back too for food fair too say the attitude of dr miao is worst than the food and the...

Best service, the staff are really sweet and friendly. I had a delivery from them and the owner drove all the way to bring me a forgotten drink. They also gave me a free drink when I visited their shop. Honestly the most amazing customer service. The store itself is really cute and well decorated, and the food/ drink is lovely, their chicken was delicious and their drinks are very aesthetically pleasing. Would 100%...
