Earlier today when the casino was opening for business i witnessed the most disgraceful set of events here ! as there is a communal jackpot due to go on the slot machines i fairly queued to come into the casino and people ran in and pushed there way in without giving their details the staff did absolutely nothing to control the situation i arrived at the machines to play i saw that people were playing too machines which again in other casinos on the side of fairness that would not be tollerated at a time of when people are playing for a communal jackpot I found a empty machine to play that had no money in it or a reserve sign on it and a person I assume identifies as female although with the behaviour she exhibited towards me i would be forgiven for mistaking her for a assassin for the KGB she was sat playing a machine next to it and she decided to assault me by physically attempting to swipe me away and attempting to push me back and she shoved her money in over me saying her friend wants to play it a argument ensued and the manager that witnessed all of this did absolutely nothing but shrugged his shoulders and said what can I do in my opinion a absolutely pathetic excuse for a manager that should be retrained on his customer service skills the people there behaved like wild unyielding beasts and none of it was addressed by staff or management I will never set foot in there again utterly...

My friend and I were denied entry even though we both have a membership with the casino. The reason was because our BRP card was expired. I explained to the guy at the counter that this was our old BRP and that we have a digital immigration status as the home office is phasing out the issuance of BRP card. He still refused it as he said that he needs a physical ID…. Why does it matter if our BRP card is expired? All he needed was to verify our age?? Having been a loyal member of the Manchester 235 for over 10 years I decided to travel to try somewhere new for my birthday celebrations. The Napoleons Casino was my choice following a strong recommendation from a friend.

I have never received such abhorrent service upon reaching this venue. The staff on the front desk treated my girlfriend and i in a disgusting manner. We felt extremely unwelcome and insulted. We did not get past reception.
