The Place| Impossible is in the heart of Manchester, it has this elegant, red carpet look with a cosy atmosphere. The decor walking in reminds me very much of a theatre 🎭 entre 😍 it’s full of reds, light and dark browns, full of lights and chandeliers ( loved the chandeliers 😍). Very sophisticated with curtains and nice flowers, plants, a telephone booth, mirrors and loads more to see ( none stop imagination right here ♥️) they have an outside seating area and inside both with different decor. The music was great and we loved the atmosphere it was great. Location| 36 Peter St, Manchester M2 5QR, United Kingdom 🇬🇧 Open Hours ⏰ Tuesday to Thursday 12 PM until 00 AM and Friday to Sunday 12 PM until 2 AM and Sunday 12 PM until 00 AM The staff| Leticia was our waitress and she was so nice 😊 and happy to help, this made our experience at Impossible more memorable. She was super helpful and helped me pick out the best drinks on the menu ( love suggestions from staff 🥰) super well looked after by everyone including the lovely manager who I forgot her name but I will find it somewhere 😅 The food and drinks| we only had drinks 🍹 but planning on coming back here again for food and drinks soon. To drink we had: *Pina Colada 🍹🍍🥰 *Geisha's Garden 🍹💐♥️ (both drinks were nice and beautiful to look at 😍) Overall| Beautiful, chilled atmosphere and instagrammable, 💯% coming back Thank you for having us ♥️ Please check out my Instagram @queenzee93 to see a short video of impossible 🍹

We attended the Ibiza Bottomless Brunch on the 8th August. The review is late as we have sent a complaint directly to Brunch Club and also impossible (as well as complaining on the day) but neither have responded for a number of weeks. Avoid at all costs unless you want to pay £40 for pre mixed "cocktails" in tiny cups mainly filled with ice, which you also have to queue at the bar to get and inedible food. Never for a bottomless brunch do you spend time queuing at the bar, this is normally table service. We resulted in purchasing drinks as the two cocktails on offer, I'm sorry but were atrocious. Also the yummy Brunch, was a burnt to death burger, dry, no sauce and a side of soggy oven chips. Below is what are burgers turned up looking like. Fair to say we left hungry, completely sober and early. We complained directly to impossible on the day and were told to take it up with Brunch Club, Brunch Club now blaming impossible as they provide the food and drink. Sorry but both are shambles and both not willing to take responsibility for a terrible event. We've been to a lot of bottomless brunches in Manchester this was by far one of the more expensive and definitely the worst.

This place is really awesome! I recently booked my birthday dinner for 17 guests. It was so fun. We had a designated waitress and all the staff were very helpful; even the bouncers were really nice. The atmosphere will get you so hyped. The nightclub is so fun. Just confirm with Laura or Alex or Sarah, to make sure your name and your friends are on the guest list; for after your dinner. You will dance, so please don't bring your heels; wear flats and be extra comfortable to dance all night long. There is live entertainment too, and the Dj needs some serious accolades. He knew his stuffs! Things to consider before booking. 1. Call and book at least 3 weeks before your dinner. 2. Get your food orders, pre-ordered. 3. There is a deposit of £10 per person 4. Those driving and coming outside Manchester. It is free to park on the road, after 8pm. Make sure you come into town, early enough to find a parking space closed by.

Terrible service! We turned up just before our booking at 10pm and couldn't be seated which was understandable as we were early. The bar was absolutely packed so it was too difficult to even get to the bar to get a drink while we waited. We stood around waiting for our table and when I realised it had gone 10pm and our table was clear I had to go back to the front desk to ask. The front of staff said, oh have you not been seated yet? She took us to our booth and then walked off. Didn't explain it was table service!

We sat there, and sat there, and sat there... No one came over. We saw 1 member of staff going back and forth taking another tables order but they never came to us.

About 30 mins passed so someone went to the front of staff. They said they would send someone over. Someone from the bar started to come over, THEN served the booth next to us that had JUST sat down. We waited... And waited. No one came to us.

We spoke to the front of house again and they sent someone over and apologised. The bar staff came over and took our order (she wrote it down and read it back).

We waited ANOTHER 30 mins!!! We then asked to speak to the manager as our night was basically ruined by this point as we had been sat there over an hour with no drink and getting frustrated.

She offered us another round of drinks for free ... Even though we hadn't got our original order still!! (We all ordered our £15 deposit worth of drinks as it was difficult to get one round nevermind any more!).

When our drinks came ... There was beers missing and the gins had the wrong mixers! The manager took them back and got us the free round.

By this point our time in our booth was up but luckily because it was late and I don't think there was other bookings on that table they didn't move us... Good job really as there was about 30 drinks on our table at this point!!

Such a shame as we never travel to Manchester and there was 8 of us on a special Xmas night out. We had just been to the washouse previous to this which was exceptional service.

Impossible actually would have been a good night in regards to the music but even the toilets were absolutely disgusting! There was urine everywhere and the smell was awful... The smell came in to the club all the time as the toilets and right near the front door/dance floor! Also it was a mixed toilet and needed cleaning on a regular basis throughout the night! (We didn't see any one cleaning it all night!)

Would never recommend anyone to book...

During our visit to Impossible on Friday the 21st of May we did not receive the high level of service we were expecting - considering Impossible is one of the most popular bars in Manchester. As a result of this we in fact had a poor experience and we are very disappointed.

Upon arrival (5pm) we were expecting to be taken straight to our booth, however we had to wait a further 15 minutes to be seated. I appreciate the restaurant had bookings but we were sat on the upper floor where there was no atmosphere whatsoever and we had also placed a deposit for a ‘birthday package’ which wasn’t even set up. This also took a further 20 minutes or so to be acknowledged after we had spoken to who we assume was a member of the management team. After a long time of waiting around for our ‘birthday package’ it was very underwhelming and not worth the money.

Our booking was for 6 people and we were expected to squash into a booth which sat 4 people comfortably therefore, we had to ask for 2 chairs which also took a long time to sort out and it began to feel very disorganised and we felt like we were asking too much of the staff.

We received our drinks after an hour of being seated and considering this was a 2 hour booking we are so disappointed with the length of time any form of service took! From receiving our drinks an hour into our booking, to ordering food we felt very forgotten about and let down. When receiving our drinks 2 of the cocktails were spilt over the table and onto our clothes, these were replaced straight away but it just added to the overall disappointment.

Although we had spoken to the staff about our issues multiple times it seems nothing was resolved and at most we got an extra 20 minutes at our table. However those 20 minutes we felt very rushed and the waitress was very persistent for us to pay our bill and leave with no apology for the poor service throughout the night.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the whole experience. I also don’t plan on returning to Impossible if the service were to remain as poor as it was on...

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m beyond disappointed to even have to write this considering the night club itself was great, however the security and management definitely need to be investigated. I attend this club with my friends on 06/05 and ended up leaving with one less phone and having solely spent out money on entry tickets. My friends phone was stolen straight out of her bag at approx 2:30 am. It was on her shoulder all night and she had taken her phone out to record a video, placed it back in her bag, closed it, then went to the toilet. She had her bag on her shoulder at all times but approx. two mins after returning to the dance floor we noticed her bag was open and her phone was gone. We spoke to security almost immediately and told them that her phone had disappeared and her bag was open and they told us to wait until the club closed (4am) to search the floor for it and to go upstairs to tell management. We followed their advice and did so. During this time we had found that FOUR other people had also had their phones “mysteriously” disappear whilst on the dance floor, one had informed us that they found her phone after someone caught it being taken out of her bag.. When it got to closing time, security began pushing us out and refusing to let us search for the phone, telling us to call back tomorrow to ask if it had been found, or message their social media page. Some even proceeded giving us sarcastic responses, like one telling my friend )whilst she was crying) to just “buy a new one”.. Regardless we still listened to their advice and called the next morning (where they told us that no phone was found) and also messaged the instagram account where they never responded… UNTIL I posted about the situation on Instagram and explaining how I think it could’ve have been and inside job, considering the countless amounts of people who have had the same thing happen to them. Seems to be their priority is to keep a good reputation rather than anything else.

Do NOT attend this club if you want your...
