Visited the store with a cheerful attitude with 2 of my friends. 2 people working at the time. I ordered a frappucino which seemed to piss of the person whose name badge said her name is âSummerâ. She was extremely rude and told me that âitâs gonna be a whileâ (it actually took her exactly 3 minutes to make the drink). I said I was happy to wait. I then witnessed her slam the ingredients and prepare my drink with absolute anger as if it was my fault that this drink was on the menu and I had the audacity to order it. The other employee just slid my friendâs order on the till and didnât even look at us or tell us that it was our order. By then Summer even more rudely asked me whether I need some whipped cream in my drink. Why bother asking if my answer is going to upset you? My other friend was absolutely disgusted with her attitude and walked to the Pret next door where she was served warmly. Itâs very sad that most of the Costa Coffeeâs I visit, the employees on shift are very unwelcoming and almost act offended when you order things off their menu like youâve just committed a crime by walking in and paying for your coffee. I donât expect pleasantries exchanged always but maybe try being kinder to a customer who has done nothing but respectful of your time and service. I donât think I would want to come back to...

Unfortunately, both were Ruined for me today at Costa Oxford train station by the lady whoâŠwell I really can't say serve me not even attempting to do so and all of this being accompanied by a truly poor manner. I asked for a vanilla and coconut latte which should be ÂŁ3.30 (I purchased one a few days ago, therefore I know the price) and I received a different price which was not what bothers me in the beginning, I tried to explain to the lady three times, she either pretended doesnât understand me or interrupted me. Obviously she is not familiar with the products and the system and even worst being so disrespectful to me. At the end, I got my coffee with a broken cover, which will leak every time when I drink. I do understand that sometimes the staff may be cranky in the morning for different reasons but in all fairness, this shouldn't give someone the right to treat me in this manner. Please do not speak with people like this! Customers or not, and don't argue using a passive-aggressive attitude when you don't even listen to what they want to say when they order...
   Read moreI truly miss the coffee kiosk that used to be in the centre of train station as we travel often and always enjoy grabbing a coffee for the journey. Staff are always friendly and helpful, however the coffee is watery and tasteless. I did not write a review last time as I felt this experience could be once off. Sadly not.
