This is not a serious business - don't be fooled by the pretty website. I ordered a number of items on a Tuesday with two days delivery for a Sunday dinner with friends. When nothing was received I emailed Florio's and later called the pizzeria (since there's no number to the store) - they told me they would investigate and call back promptly. No call was ever received. I called back next day and they said they would investigate and call back promptly. No call was ever received, and on the third attempt (at this point I told them I was not happy with how they handled this) some guy took over the phone from the lady I was talking to and barked "this is the pizzeria, don't ever call us again" and then hung up and blocked my number. Apparently, even though it's the same company, they rather customers call the police than bothering the precious pizzeria if their orders never get delivered and emails never get responded to. I finally received the goods the week after my dinner and only half the items I ordered were included. I couldn't even bother trying to get the remaining items or a refund, by dealing any further with people displaying such atavistic behavior. Only upside is that the items I had to emergency order from Amazon were better quality than the ones eventually received...

A brief search on google will show that there have been 44 reviews in the last 2 days, 39 of which are 5 star (something which I only discovered in retrospect and all but a little suspicious).
Slightly unusual system to order for a sit down restaurant - ordering at a counter and paying before the food arrived. Luckily I kept my receipt (and would advise others to do the same)!
After 40 minutes of watching only a handful of pizzas come out including 6 pizzas coming out to the table opposite us over a 10-15 minute period, our food had not arrived.
Asked the staff for a refund and was promptly offered one and have subsequently received the refund one day later.
For those going to this restaurant I would advise you to keep your receipt at the very least. The food looked ok from what we could see but never got the...

It has always been top of my list for recommendations to family and friends or anyone new to the area and with the new addition of focaccia sandwiches and toasties, as well as coffees from their new coffee machine, thereās more for everyone at all times of the day. The staff have always been so lovely and welcoming, and despite the big move, they were more than happy to answer any questions regarding the new menu and deli products, as well as any other queries my company or myself had. On my recent visit, I decided on the Tonno focaccia toastie and my partner chose the Zio focaccia sandwich and both were absolutely delicious! I will definitely be back to try the others on the menu!
