Burger King — Restaurant in Scotland

This is a terrible place for service. We visited earlier for a cheeky burger. There are several kiosks here where you can order your food from. There's also a large neon sign at the counter that says 'Order'. I'd rather be served by a person and there was one standing behind the counter below that sign. We asked to order. He said no, order from the kiosk. I'd rather be served by a person and I find those kiosks fiddly. He said he'd show me. Again I replied I'd rather be served by a person. I could see he was about to say something about the kiosk again so I asked the manager to come over, pointed out the order sign and asked why I couldn't be served there. He was helpful enough and instructed the other person to serve us at the same time muttering something about the kiosks. Grudgingly I was served. I'll never be back there again.

Absolutely fantastic service for Denise and Daniel who are based at Springfield Quay. Deliveroo messed up order, wouldn't take responsibility for their mistake. After trying to contact Burger King customer service numerous times with no response (ridiculous). At this point I have paid for produce that didn't arrive. I decided to call restaurant for advise, they tried their hardest to help and rectify this issue, as order was placed through BK App what they could do was limited. Over a week on from placing this order I am still out of pocket and no further forward but the service both Daniel and Denise displayed is something that BK head office and deliveroo should take note of.

Really not the best Burger King branch I've ever been to, but I'm not a frequent customer there anyway. There's no ice cream or milk shake machine, the slush machine was broken for my strawberry slush, three minutes later the next customer had a strawberry slush in their hand - what’s going on? The halloumi sticks were really good, as was the steakhouse crispy chicken.

The place was clean, but not particularly engaging (napkins weren't refilled even when asked).

I can't comment on the prices, compared to the German Burger King, it's expensive.
