The have a fair offering of toppings and offer a meal deal option.

This is more expensive that mcdonalds but if you prefer something a little lighter or less greasy then this js a great option.

The sitting area is fine. It was clean when we visited and it has a lot of seating for the space without feeling crammed in.

The food itself is OK. I had the sweet and sour chicken and the caramel chicken. Both were ok. The rice was a little dry and there wasn't enough sauce to fully cover the rice.

Staff were friendly enough, interaction is limited due to the nature of the place so after doing your order you sit and do not need to interact with them again which is fine.

One thing to note is that in other similair venues there has been the option of veg for the meal but here this is not an option, you get the veg that comes with the topping of your choice.

I normally go to Dr noodles but thought I would give chopsticks a try. Never again! Unlike Chopstix Dr noodles actually care about food and customers.

I bought some veg noodles and veg curry for lunch. Upon getting back to eat the noodles there was clearly something wrong with the taste of the noodles. They tasted off or they had been under the lights waaay too long either way not edible quite disgusting actually. Having just bought them not 10min ago I decided to return them. I spoke to staff members about a refund but was refused as my bank statement didn't have the time marked, only the date. In fairness to the staff I was offered a replacement but having just eaten what tasted like dodgy noodles I just wanted my money back. Then apparently they were not able to authorize a refund only a manager could and very conveniently a manager wasn't present. I can only advice others to enjoy their noodle fix elsewhere. Thanks...

Came in for lunch today greeted by 3 young boys working. The 3 of them standing talking in a group consistently while there is a queue of 6+ people waiting as if we were inconveniencing them when they had to stop their conversation.

Boy serving was nice, he was emptying the bin before serving however and only washed his hands with water (no soap) then began serving a heavy queue of customers.

The boy at the till was pre-occupied by his phone which is sat on the counter beside the till, very poor service on his phone while serving and customers are paying and making next to no interaction. Asking customers to leave good reviews while he’s to busy messaging on his phone..

It is a pity as the food is nice here however the customer service requires some improvements. I come here regularly as I work in the city centre and this is the 3rd occasion where staff have made next to no interaction and are to busy playing on...
