The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, with good music and a convenient location in the city center. There’s also a car park right in front, which is a plus. However, our experience with the food was far from enjoyable. We ordered the garlic cheese bread, but it was completely flavorless—there was no hint of garlic, and the cheese was just bland. It was so unappetizing that we couldn’t even finish it between the two of us. We also ordered a chicken pizza, but when we asked about the sizes, the waitress was unsure, and even the waiter couldn’t provide a clear answer about the menu, While both staff members were friendly and welcoming, their lack of training was evident. Throughout the 45 minutes we were there, we kept hearing glasses breaking, plates dropping, and cutlery clattering, which became quite irritating. The manager on duty didn’t seem engaged either. When he noticed our unfinished garlic bread, he didn’t bother asking if something was wrong. Even at the end, when I paid the bill and responded with “I don’t know” when asked how everything was, he didn’t follow up. Overall, despite the pleasant atmosphere, the poor food quality and lack of professionalism made this a disappointing visit. We wouldn’t return.

Dined here on a Saturday evening. Restaurant was pleasantly busy with enough bustle to be inviting and yet not slow down service. Food was really generous in portion size but a bit hit and miss on quality. Standout of the evening was the service. The waitress attending us was fantastic. Polite, friendly and efficient. On that alone I would recommend

Went for a group Christmas Dinner which was good but certainly not as good as it could of been. The service was slow at times. Had just 1 pig in a blanket & 1/4 of a Brussel sprout with the Roast Turkey that was a pretty poor portion size. The cakes redeemed themselves. But overall I've had better elsewhere and would say it was mediocre.

I am tourist. Just popped in for eating since my hotel is next door. The restaurant is super crowded so we gave a try. After stepping in, we meet the guy seems a manger. We asked for a table of three people. He said please wait 5-10 mins. We were happy to be wait. After a while, a lady came and table was prepared for us. After a while, that gentleman manger came from that table and looked at us. I smiled and thought the table was ready so asked him is the table ready. He was so rude to told me that “did I have any patience to be wait?” So I shut down my voice and sit there until a waiter came to ask to come to table. It was a bad experience to be that restaurant and we won’t come back it again. After eating 5 minutes, we asked for to go. Italian food is just okay at this restaurant. I should give zero star for service. I am so sorry for another waiters and waitress since they are so nice except that guy. Maybe he ran out his patience when a lot of customers showed up at his restaurant. It is...

Dined here Sunday around 4pm with my daughter. I ordered lasagne. It was only lukewarm in the centre so asked for it to be reheated. I got a different very hot replacement with courtesy garlic bread by way of apology from the chef. Honestly has to be the WORST lasagne I've ever had and I couldn't eat it. It was a Mish mash of tasteless and very unappetising goo. The chef needs replaced as it was disgusting. After my first dish was cold I didn't want to complain further about the actual food. Left hungry and annoyed. The only saving grace was that the waiter deducted our soft drinks from the bill but quite honestly I would rather have paid for these and had the price of the full leftover meal deducted. I will never be back. Whats wrong with these guys? It's not a difficult dish to get right! Big mistake on our part...
