KFC Glasgow - Sauchiehall Street — Restaurant in Scotland

I just raise my concern about my recent visit to KFC sauchiehall street Glasgow. I placed 2 orders through kfc app and I received the confirmation emails. I drove to the restaurant from g13 to G2 which is 3.2 miles from my house. When I went there and asked about orders the staff member said we have not received any order yet. I asked the person i placed the order 15 min ago and I have got email confirmation too. They staff members said we can't do anything as we dint received any orders. Showed them order number with bank transaction and they still refused to served me. I requested to speak to manger which he refused to come out initially then he came out after 5 minutes then said I can't help you as I ordered online . I requested him to speak to online to help me as my family sitting in car and expecting a food . But no one help me apart for direct me call on number. I phone on customer service to get help however call centre was shut. Chat was offline too. Had an argument with staff again and one staff said I am sorry I know you are right but my manger refused me served you. I spent half an hour there and came back empty hand and they refused to give me refund too. Manger name was Gurjit sigh and literally said to me do whatever you want .i have been on the phone with bank and apple pay and get my refund and they are saying I need to talk to KFC. I am really unhappy and frustrated the way I have been treated. Very Rude staff and manger is even worst with arrogant...

Giving 1 star for the food because there's no 0. We chose to eat here after a 3 hour bus journey and paid £31 for a disgusting lunch. Chicken was lukewarm if that, burger had more mayonnaise than anything else, chips were stone cold and the Pepsi drinks were flat and not even cold. The only reason I didn't complain to the staff was because we had no time to mess about with having to be at a hospital appointment. The only girl serving the food and taking orders barely made eye contact and conversation with customers. Asked to use the disabled toilet then was told I couldn't as it was "filthy" by the attendant. Caught a glimpse as she went in and the toilet was disgusting. Made it upstairs to the toilets where 1 cubicle out of 4 was just about useable. Being disabled, I had no choice. These toilets were also dirty and judging by the bins, they hadn't been emptied at the close of business the previous evening. Found all these issues hard to understand at 11.45am just before lunchtime, where there were plenty of staff in the food preparation area and 2 cleaners on the floor. Surely the cleanliness and temperature of food should be on point at that time which is widely considered as lunchtime in a busy city centre. We will not be back here again and strongly recommend the staff get their acts together before someone reports them to the relevant...
