Feast — Restaurant in Sheffield

Heavenly cakes, gently baked jacket potatoes cooked to perfection and the greatest staff - this place has it all. I mean where do I start... whatever you call them “spuds” “potatoes”, Sheffield has no better answer to them than Feast. So much so every dinner I’ll be craving one, never getting bored of it’s perfection. And the vast array or sandwiches and panini cater to your every desire. Stumbling upon Feast is one of life’s greatest pleasures.

Giving this 5 stars because its lockdown and local business needs a boost, so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. But the woman who served me was rude and patronising and didn't know her own menu (I asked for the protein bowl and was told it wasn't on the takeaway menu but it clearly is). I got the chicken and chorizo sandwich instead which was supposed to be hot but wasn't, it was also very dry even though I'd asked for mayonnaise (there was the tiniest amount at one end). This is a brilliant little food/coffee shop. Good prices friendly atmosphere and always service with a smile. A number of small tables and chairs are available plus two soft seating areas with tables to suit small groups. I've been visiting Feast for about two years when it wasn't closed under COVID restrictions. Colin the guy that runs it has kept it COVID safe following gov' guidelines for safety and cleaning.
