KFC Sheffield - West Street — Restaurant in Sheffield

The staff in this kfc wrongly accused me for faking my order. I ordered from the machine and got my receipt. I kept the receipt with me all the time and I was patently waiting for my order. One of the staff gave my order away to somebody and when I asked for mine they said that they have given to one of my friend(s). I went to the place alone without friend(s) accompanying me and the staff kept saying that It was given to my friend(s). I asked them whether they checked the receipt number before handing out and their faces filled with confusion afterwards (they definitely just see receipt and gave the order away without looking at the number). The staff also very salty and defensive and continue yapping even after my order is being remade and given to me. To be honest it is such a disgrace and disrespectful act towards a paying customer. Terrible experience at KFC on Wednesday night. It took 25 minutes to get my order, and they marked it as “Order Completed” on the screen before I even received anything, clearly just to maintain their internal ratings. When the food finally came, it was the wrong order, which wasted even more of my time. I politely asked for a drink without ice, but the staff refused, saying it was already made and they couldn’t change it. While I was still eating, they told me to leave for cleaning even though there were still 30 minutes left before closing. They never mentioned this at the time of ordering. I saw another customer ask for just one more minute, and the staff rudely told them no and insisted everyone leave immediately. Ordered via Just Eat, who never takes responsibility. The order arrived sealed. I gave the driver the order number and he went. Chicken was missing from the order. Complained via Just Eat, who said that because I gave the driver the order number, which you need to give before you are given your order, I accepted the order as it was. Catch 22. Without the number I cannot get my order to check. By the time I had opened the order the driver was gone. Are we expected to open the order on the street to check it? How can we check it, if we need to give the driver the order number fist? My contract is with you Just Eat. I paid you not KFC. I want a refund on my missing chicken, which is shown at £2.59.
