Maida Vale — Restaurant in Sheffield

Hi there,

I attended your bar last night on Saturday 1st novemeber 2025 for my friends birthday party however I did not get the right level of standard customer service or standard that a venue should have like yourselves.

It was on the same day as sheffield utd vs derby county so there may have been some people who had alcohol in their system to cause it being rowdy.

I was the victim of an onslaught with three men repeatedly hitting my face, legs and body to the point where my whole outfit was ripped damaged and bloody that I had to throw away, I was sure it was targeted and encouraged by the men because I was the only person in the facility they went to fight and they targeted me not once but TWICE in where the bouncers were disgustingly unprofessional and did not fulfill their job that they got paid for leaving me against 3 men wrestling and fighting. No bartender or member of staff offered me a water or ask how I was doing as they all saw even check the CCTV footage for the whole situation where i did nothing but stand there speaking to my friends. As soon as we went outside the 3 men were there and started to fight me again so I had no reassurance for my wellbeing and no safety the bouncers did not even tell me to stay inside or escort the men out of the building to protect me and my friends safety the bouncers looked at me saw the men try beat me up and stood there ignoring it now my phone screen is smashed and damaged, lip busted, marks on my face as well and jaw damaged.

I demand to be compensated for the lack of security and standards...

Well had a great night out Friday with mates on a jollies finished up by losing my iPhone tracked it down sat morning with the iTunes app to Maida vale pub sent a alarm signal to it because it was on silent went down waited 2 hours for pub to open and someone had handed it in at the bar .
