Burger Freakz Swansea — Restaurant in Wales

Absolutely amazing. Our first burger freakz tonight. Arrived a little early, service was 10/10. Was asked if I wanted a drink and to wait in my car and the food would be brought out to me which was ideal as I had 2 young children in the car and whilst I was only parked outside next door, it just made all the difference. Food was incredible. Orderdered the pizza loaded friends which was enough to share, which we did and the American burger and it is definitely up there with the best burgers around. Also ordered the children’s meal which was a cheeseburger and fries, I asked for the burger plain, no cheese as we have a fussy eater, no issue whatsoever and was told when they passed me the food at the window that the burger was plain which is always great, didn’t need to open everything up to check or get home to find it wasn’t. Really good children’s portion which is brilliant for us as my little boy is 9 and rarely has a child’s meal now but begrudge paying full price for a plain burger in a bun elsewhere. Mac sauce is amazing! Plenty of it and have put it in the fridge to keep. Also ordered the baconaise sauce but didn’t try it because I was enjoying everything else so much. Finished off with an Oreo milkshake which was also amazing. When you first look, it does look pricey but it’s on par with all similar burger places, you cannot compare it to fast food. don't bother ordering delivery, i ordered at 8pm, called the guy at the store the first time at 9pm as it was taking an hour, and he said the delivery man had only then picked up my delivery. although i only live a 5 minute drive from the shop and wondered why it took so long i gave them the benefit of the doubt as it was a friday night, but i called again at 10pm and the guy on the phone claimed the delivery man had already come and called me but went back as they received no response, but i checked my call log and received no call. other reviews also state how their orders take hours or never arrived. a shame as i've heard the actual food tastes nice, but would've been better if i went to the actual restaurant. currently waiting on my refund from uber eats as i understand its not fully the fault of...

We absolutely love Burgerfreakz!

The share box was fantastic—great value for money and incredibly delicious. The food was hot, fresh, and of amazing quality. The burgers were juicy and flavorful, and the sides were perfectly cooked. We especially enjoyed the onion rings and the generous portion sizes.

The staff are outstanding; the first time I ordered from Burgerfreakz, they brought my food to where I was working across the road, saving me the wait in the shop, and even included extra nacho cheese sauce! Their customer service is exceptional, always friendly and attentive.

We are definitely looking forward to trying more items on the menu! Burgerfreakz has quickly become our go-to spot for a satisfying meal even though we live in Neath, the drive is totally worth it. Highly...
