I have worked in many amazing kitchens/ restaurants and hotels in my life in the chef industry ranging from wales to London three rosetts to 1 Michelin star and I have to say this has to be the best breakfast I have ever seen and eaten in my life so far set in the best atmosphere of moderen and clean fernishings with fantastic music in the background and very helpful and happy staff, my breakfast was fresh and tasty, big enough to amaze the eyes but not to big I couldn’t finish and my moca coffe was the best I have ever drank I don’t write reviews on restaurants and things I think this is my very first review so beleave me when I say this is so worth 5 stars and well worth the stop and even deatore while you are shopping or commuting to work in Cardiff

Great sandwiches on a gluten free bun, great service (the ladies behind the counter were super nice), and the park is beautiful. Stop by for lunch and you won't be disappointed. You can get smoothies, we got the hulk which has broccoli in it and is surprisingly delicious. They have lots of sandwiches, I liked the coronation chicken on a gluten free bun. This was my go too for breakfast. I couldn't fault it, the food was incredible and the staff very friendly and welcoming. Yes the price is a little more expensive then you would pay at a tyoical greasy spoon, however with here you are paying for what you get, which is excellent food with a great service.
