Soundcheck Rock and Metal Bar — Restaurant in Worthing

I visited Soundcheck recently. On the positive side, the food was genuinely good—better than I expected for a bar setting. The host was also super friendly and welcoming, which really added to the overall vibe. What really stood out for me was the music—spot on with some great metal tracks that I absolutely loved.

However, the atmosphere just didn’t quite hit the mark for me. It was unusually quiet for a metal bar, which made the place feel a bit off. I was hoping for more energy or at least a livelier crowd to match the music. Maybe I caught it on an off night.

went for the launch party last night, great atmosphere, lovely staff, really awesome venue. food was lovely and good value too.

just a couple of observations,I would recommend the music needs to be a bit louder as it was hard to hear when it got busy and everyone was chatting.

the toilets need mirrors especially in the ladies as we like to redo make up and hair, also hand soap at the sinks please rather than sanitiser gel.

other than that, well done on creating a great and much needed...
