RUDE EMPLOYEE I went to Dominos 6-29-24. Aberdeen Nc Location. It was around 10:40pm⦠not sure if google have the right time they close because I know some businesses hours never went back to their normal hours after covid. But it said that location closed at 1a.m. I got a hello when I came in the door from a man! It looked to be only two people working and they were already making another order for customers. I waited very patiently! A mid age girl walked over with a very agitated attitude so I ignored it at first! She asked did I already call my order in or was I placing? I said Iām placing! I had a very simple order. She literally almost walked away and shook her head as if she was very annoyed! I said you know what? ā¦Never mind! As I went to walk out she tried to get me not to. I wish I had got her name but I didnāt pay attention due to the fact I was so upset in the inside. Iāll definitely will be taking a break from there or Iāll find another place that sales what I like and go there! I get sometimes work is rough but you just donāt treat a PAYING! customer that way, because I could of went anywhere else! Now looking at some other reviews for this location it seems they have an issue with customer service! Iām thinking maybe they close earlier than 1a.m and she didnāt wanna take another order. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered Carryout online. The website told me my food was ready, when I arrived to pick up my order I checked in online and also told worker at the front door. Then I waited outside due to COVID-19 while everyone before me and after me got their pizza. No one informed me where my pizza was or why I have not received my food. I waited for 40 minutes after the website said it was ready so a total of 1 hour and 15 mins before I finally got my pizza. During this time the only helpful and nice worker was a driver who left to deliver a pizza n return and noticed I was still waiting. He went out of his way to go inside and see what was going on. When I was finally given my pizza, I asked to speak to a manager. I was informed no manager was free and could speak to me. I was asked to wait longer if I wanted to speak with a manager. I was already late for the meeting I was supposed to be at and could no longer wait. I then call back to the store to speak to the manager and was put on hold for 10min. Once I was finally able to speak to the manager Mack and express my concerns he informed me it could have been a glitch on website and hung up the phone on me. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe last two times we have ordered here (ahead on the mobile app) we have had to wait not less than 25 minutes upon arrival (after taking 20 minutes to get there). Thereās not enough employees making the pizzas. The one lady who was making the pizzas (both times) is super slow, was talking out loud (outburst) at the equipment, acting surprised that people were showing up to get pizzas etc. The first time was in the middle of the week, around 1:00pm and we observed the same thing happened to the next 3 customers.
This time (this evening) Sunday at 4:45pm same thing, only thereās like 6-8 customers who have arrived and none of the orders have been started (despite ordering ahead and in my case arrived 20 minutes after placing the order).
Whatās going management, why are you not staffing and training more people, and what are you not present? Leadership presence goes along way.
We will not be coming back here until management changes things.
