Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Aberdeen

If there was ever a physical description or definition of garbage service killing a brand or a product this is the ground zero for it. Food wasn't bad, but, I check in I wait 15 minutes, I order, I wait another 17 minutes. The person in front onto of me got a wrap. He's been in this store longer than I have and he's waiting on someone to simply get him a white wrap for his turkey sub. Rather than go ahead and make mine they tell me they have to wait for this guys wrap. So we wait....and wait....we all just stand and wait. No other subs being made, just wait for this wrap to do all the other stuff behind it. Why not take some initiative and move him aside and just keep on going until the wrap is ready? Five people in this store standing and waiting getting paid taking about how terrible ownership is because they can't close during a tornado watch.

I have 1000 points with Jersey Mike's. I eat here all the time and I always get the same thing. The past two you can see I've been to have been absolute trash from a service, forget service, just an overall care or concern that you're even patronizing their spot let alone having a desire to at least meet your expectations.

I know that's a lot for a sub shop but I've spent my whole life believing how you do anything is how you do everything and if that's the case, this generation is the very last one we get to see. Worthless...

The manager (A WHITE LADY WITH HAIR ON HER ARMS )WAS HIGH AS A KITE NODDING WHILE SHE WAS SLICING MEATS.MUMBLING WORD AND ASKING OVER AND OVER WHAT DO YOU WANT ON YOUR SANDWICH.I SPENT AN HOUR IN THERE BEFORE I GOT MY FOOD.NEVER AGAIN.THE STORE IN IVEY LANE PINEHURST IS THE ONE TO GO TO THEY ARE NICE AND YOU COULD SEE THEM HUSTLE AND GET THE ORDERS OUT I GO THERE AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK BUT THIS TIME I WAS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN SHOPPINH SO I DECIDED TO GO TO THIS ONE ON 15591 AND US 1.BIG MISTAKE THAT LADY WHO I BELIVE WAS THE MANAGER WAS SO INTOXICATED THE LINE WAS ALMOST OUT THE DOOR AND SHE WAS STUCK I GOT VIDEO OF HER NODDING AWAY ON THE MEAT SLICER.SHE SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY .I CANT BELIVE YOUR CORPORATION KEEPS SOMEONE LIKE THIS AROUND.EVERY ORDER TOOK MORE THAN 30 MINUTES.UNACCEPTABLE!AVOID THIS PLACE PEOPLE SAVE YOURSELF THE...

I have never had a terrible sub from Jersey Mike's that is until tonight that we ordered from the Aberdeen location! We love Jersey Mike's and hadn't eaten all day so we were completely looking forward to this for our late dinner. Sadly though it subs were made completely subpar ( no pun intended). I'm a vegetarian and love the Veggie sub but this thing was pitiful! Old lettuce, soggy tomatoes and a ton of onions! That's not how I've ever had the Veggie, not to mention my daughter's Turkey & Provolone was equally disappointing, she said it tast like a day old sub. On top of poorly made food, the young lady behind the counter was rude and had no customer service sense left in her either.
