So I’ve been with Desert son for three years and have never had a problem until this year, I have paused my account every year during winter time, but this winter I went to unpause my account today and the manager Maddie said that I would have to pay three months for an upgrade from only spray tan to a platinum all inclusive package, which was fine because during your time that you pause it, you still pay five dollars every month, which goes towards your You unpause it Mine was $30 so with the fee for the upgrade, it was an extra $50 Which included the spray tan and the platinum package for the tanning beds. Maddie proceeded to tell me that because it was the middle of the month. I would have to pay an extra $15 for the prorated fee, which is fine but I would only receive 2 1/2 months We were halfway through this month, Make that makes sense you pay for three months but you only get 2 1/2 but you’re paying the extra $15 prorated fee plus the upgraded fee of $50 for three months hmmmm I ended up just leaving there and I have a trip to Vegas next month on the third which I guess I will just have to spray tan and go back on the first or find a new place to tan because the customer service is horrible. I cannot believe this place has a 4.8. This place was terrible ..my husband and I were so mistreated it was ugly. We both purchases sessions and will never ever use them for sure not after they left us both in our beds wouldn't turn them on and my husband had just had back surgery 2 weeks prior. The "manager" even just told me what she wanted to , to appease me and my concerns. Problem aren't trained. Manager has to be called at home several times. .didn't even know how to use til. Fingerprint was never set up for me ..weird. I was new at it and no one could tell me anything about the services . Ended up spending. Almost 200 bucks for one session. Between my husband and I. People who have bad experiences should state there concerns as well. Those people however have made that clear on the BBB ALTHOUGH THIS BUSINESS IS NOT AN ACCREDITED ONE .HMMMMM WONDER WHY. DONT EVEN BOTHER TO TRY AND CONTACT CORPORATE EITHER, GOOD LUCK GETTING A RESPONSE. I started tanned bodywrap and red light spray tans sometimes and really love it i started in may 2016 lost 17 inches and have had mass broken bones and fibro and arthritis and not only does the bodywrap help massively but weight and feeling great i was very sad to see my favorite leave miarah lusk and alex they were the best and most helpful not saying that the other gals aren't but they could wrap me the best and awesome at selling and odering products i wanted and some of the others were rude no offense but not only were miarah ans alex awesome they seem to care about the customers and i haven't been going as much since they are gone i also would like to work there i am 47 yrs old and no the beds and how to wrap and sell products i think I would be a good fit for the salon i own my own home no kids have transportation and live in Aberdeen I give desert ...
