I ordered my food for 6:10pm. went in late and it still wasn’t ready so i assumed it would be nice and fresh. it was not. as well as me driving 20 mins home just to realize they ran out of rice and didn’t say anything. (so if you run out of something and can’t let us know. give us extra of something else)
i went back after trying to call and getting met with an automated robot. which i figure they do so you can’t complain over the phone to a real person
so i went it and complained. something i never do. but we dont get chipotle ever. so i wasnt going to spend $13 for what i got. as well as it missing the rice. the manager was there and they were out of a lot of food so i ask if i could get a remake they said yes. while that happens it seems chipotle only caters if you come inside. while i got this bowl on the left. another customer inside had a bowl overflowing.
Now. If you run out of food. make some more. this chipotle and its employees don’t want to keep working and cooking for the amount of customers they get and would rather run out of food and not tell you but still charge you and give you less food.
i dont condone being a karen. but these restaurants need to start being for the customers and stop worrying about how much they’re trying to save. when in reality if you’d make enough you’d never have these issues. now you don’t want to cook more food and skimp us on what we pay for??
anyways. the food was good after ofc a complaint and going in person. otherwise i would of had to call the robot and possibly get a refund the next day.
IF YOU RUN OUT OF SOMETHING ONLINE LET US KNOW. AND CORPORATE, YOU NEED TO YODATE THE ONLINE ORDER TO MAKRCH WHAT FOOD YOU HAVE AND DONT.

So he began to make everything while passing down the line. Then a blonde headed lady wearing glasses who later on said she was the manager. Began to bark orders at the two employees about keep it moving. She then rushed my order to the point that she herself messed up on one of my tacos. She then told the gentlemen to get her another taco in a very rude tone. He then questioned what size tortilla. She snapped at him a taco! Then very loudly said I should not have to ask him 4 times. Then continued to rush through my order. To the point I couldn’t even really get a word in and almost forgot things. Then the credit card machine started having issues and declining my card even though I had my bank app open and knew I had enough funds. That’s when she in a very rude tone asked why can’t I just use another card. I explained that was my only card to use. She then told me I needed to go get cash and come back. So I had to leave go to the atm where my card worked fine. When I was trying to talk to the cashier about it she butted in. That’s when I asked to speak to a manager she said she was the manager which shocked me to realize how poorly she treats her staff. The way she spoke to them was demeaning and disrespectful. The way she dismissed me was extremely disrespectful. She has no customer service skills. This was a huge inconvenience for me. Read moreMy sister is a vegetarian and she bought their almost $12 sofritas bowl. Got it home and it had beef in it. Food wasted. Money wasted. She can’t eat it. I try to call the store, so that they could make it right somehow. Hoping for a refund, since this is not what was ordered. You can’t talk to anyone at their store. They use an automated system. But you can instant message a chat bot. After way too long with the bot, It sent me to someone (I assume is a real person) named Abigail that told me “I’m sorry that you have had so many disappointing experiences at our restaurants and will certainly reach out to our restaurant team with your most recent comment. Unfortunately, I’m not able to compensate every time an order isn’t perfectly satisfying. We are always grateful to hear from customers trying to help us to improve, and I hope that your experiences with us turn around soon.” I do not know what that “so many disappointing experiences” comment is about… I don’t know what any of that is about. I’m messaging about this singular instance… but I wasn’t even offered the chance to respond, it automatically kicked me back to the chatbot.
Anyways, I’m annoyed and disappointed in chipotle. Apparently you have to watch the workers like a hawk to make sure they don’t put meat in your vegetarian bowl by accident. Because you won’t get a refund or new food when they are the ones that mess it up.
