Stressed over and over the food was for someone who HAD to have some sort of sauce bc they cannot eat food dry due to a swallowing disorder. She is very elderly. They repeated back that the order required extra, extra packs of Arby's sauce and 2 packs of marinara sauce. Again, repeated it MULTIPLE times and had them repeat it back to me. The food was going to someone 17 miles away. They verbalized their understanding. $16 worth of food. They park me bc they don't have the food ready. I wait 10 minutes. They finally bring the food, I yet AGAIN ask did they put the sauce in the bag and the answer was yes. I get all the way to where she lives and guess what? No sauce at all. None. No Arby's sauce, no Marina sauce, nothing. They don't close till 11 so I called at 8 minutes before 11 to let them know I expect the order to be replaced tomorrow... Correctly. Read moreI don't eat out at fast food much. But free arby cards are free food. On two separate occasions I visited this one on whiskey Rd. The staff was rude via drive thru. And the meal was under even low expectations. I give good reviews where needed. But this franchise location just didn't par. The first time, I mean no lie, the guy tossed the bag at me and didn't say anything. ( I greet and talk professional and polite.) There was no need or cause to his actions. He took my order rude as well. I understand ppl have off days. But to go back again and have a different staff member do the same thing was strange. So i believe a better training manager is needed here. The food is decent. Not much you can mess up when you follow simple guide sheets. It was just thrown together with the laziest intentions though. Hope they get to feeling better in there. Haha. Read moreOur location in Aiken was just remodeled and it looks great! However, after our experience tonight I can see they did not give the employees a remodel. Customer service is still garbage! Ordered through the app and when my husband arrived the lady asked him did he have an online order. After she proceeds to tell him they do not have what was ordered, she gets the manager and the manager says she can not refund him. After a staring contests and an attitude from her, she offers things we didn't order to "replace" what we did order. My husband just walks out. I had to call another store in another town to ask them what does a customer do if they order through the app and the store does not have it. Nobody should have to call another location to get the information needed! These managers and employees working under them are not properly trained.
