I havent been to Burger King in years and I just remembered why I dont. Went there for lunch ( hubby suggested). I went through drive through. I ordered a relatively big order because my hubby was hungry. After I placed my meal and got to the window i ask ed the gentleman with the green hair to add a large french fry to the order. He said "you want a fry with all that food?" I was in some what shock and just said yes. So i gave him my card, I payed, he told me to pull up and I did so. I wait for about 2 or 3 minutes and a lady came out and handed me a small bag and then left. I looked in the bag and it was just my husband's food and my order was no where to be seen. I normally wouldnt care, but the fact I spent $21 dollars on the whole meal made me mad. So I parked up and went inside to complain. The girl at the counter seemed confused when I told her I'm missing a whole other meal. So I told her exactly what I had ordered and I was missing my drinks. So she told me to wait off to the side and I did. About 5 minutes goes by and I get my sandwiches but no drinks. So I said again, "can I get my drinks please?". The lady gave me some retarded look and said "oh, it wasnt on your bill, you have to pay for it if you want it". Now when the guy gave me back my card he didnt give me a receipt so I have no proof to tell her she is wrong. So I said whatever and left. Plus what sense does it make if I purchased $21 worth of food and not get any drinks?. So I get home, my food is correct, my husband's food... not so much. He asked for a double cheese whooper plain. They gave him a kids double cheese burger instead.. and! He order the chicken fries and it only came with 3 or 4 of them... waste of time and money.    Read moreDine-in not open, understandable considering pandemic. This means Drive Thru service should be impeccable. This location is poorly managed and lacking in customer service. The drive thru line delayed not by customers but by employees not being properly trained, horrible communication skills, and not prepping the kitchen. Breakfast did not happen out of biscuits, other customers having to wait for pancakes 5 minutes. In 5 minutes, I could whip up 100 on their grill from scratch. Yet, we know they are pre-made and take 30 seconds or less. Took 10 minutes to explain this. Sat at the area to place the order for 10 minutes after already withing 20 minutes in a line only 3 cars long with no dine in customers. Then just order when ready, no hello, no would you like to try, just order. Then we don't have biscuits how about lead with we don't have our regular items or say good morning we are out of biscuits instead of making customer wait then after placing order state no biscuits. A manager should know consumption and ordering needs is basic but customer service and fast food as advertised should be basic job function.    Read moreUpdate: new manager every-so-frequent. Be careful with handing them your credit card!! This time they didn't have my mobile order, the drive through took longer. They lock the door so no one can go in to the restaurant. I got my order after waiting a long while, I'll try some else next time.
Food was average like always with fast food restaurants but the service was redeemable.
That day my fiance and I went in since the door was open. I stood and waited for someone on the counter. "Angel" looked at me and didn't say anything as she continued her business. She literally ignored me several times, didn't bat an eyelash. My fiance got annoyed and had to call the manager up.
The manager, Nikita, was busy trying to handle the drive-thru because one of the employee didn't show up for work. She was respectful to us. She apologized for the poor service and understood that we should be angry for the service we received. She handled our situation very well and proceeded to take our order. This is manager quality here. We don't mind coming if she's there. I would recommend firing this "Angel" since she didn't care, I'm sure wouldn't care if...
