Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Aiken County

If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would, this would happen to be the worst restaurant in Aiken. They hire individuals who have the worst characteristics and no customer service experience not only do the regular staff, such as carhops and fountain treat people with disrespect they allow their managers to do it as well, I experienced an incident at this restaurant that I’ve never had to deal with in my entire life. To have a manager and staff members use inappropriate language at me and then to tell me to get off their property is a complete joke. whoever the general manager is for this restaurant, they really need to pay attention to their staff. Just because businesses in franchises are having a hard time hiring individuals does not mean that they should allow their staff to act in such an inappropriate way and then do none thing about it. It’s disgusting degrading and I feel so sorry for them as individuals because their characteristics and objectives say who they are as a person. It makes me sick to know that people like that are actually making other peoples food. they have got to be the worst individuals that I’ve met in my entire life and you better believe I will never eat there again and I will never recommend anyone to them. They are disgusting and they make me want to vomit. and if the general manager does happen to see this, please reach back out because I would love to talk to you not only did I not get my food I didn’t get my money. And please don’t tell me to file a complaint because I’ve already called the one 800 number on the bottom...

This is one of the worst places to eat in Aiken. Good luck getting the food you ordered here. Also, I've had my credit card information stolen from here, the info, not the card.

My family have tried Sonic once every few months for the past 2 years hoping for improved service. I've talked to managers, I've contacted corporate, I've completed their reviews, and still terrible service.

For the past 2 years (8-10 orders), I have actually never gotten an order delivered correctly the first time, I've always needed to ask for a correction. Today is no different. They did not give us my wife's entree, and I asked for a Double Cheeseburger and instead got a cold single with a big blob of mayonnaise on it.

The issue with my credit card. I had issues ordering with them, so I ordered through their app instead (here in Aiken). Overnight afterwards, I had 2 orders at Sonics in Arizona that I woke up to.

I cannot imagine going to this Sonic again. It's truly atrocious. Terrible service, and food is not good enough for the 30 minute wait in drive thru OR in a space.

Maybe this review will help them improve, but I don't have my hopes up. They need to have someone come in and turn around operations if they want to...

So I went to this location 3 times in the past two weeks, one being today. The first time they didn't have onion rings, which was ok everyone runs out of food sometimes. But the app is trash, I couldn't place a pick up order at all it just kept giving me a error. The second time I went with my wife to get a milkshake and we both got the oreo milkshake. We started eating it and tastes something sour and gross at the bottom and just couldn't finish it at all and ended up throwing them away, waste of $10. Not sure what it was. This time today I tried again to order from the app and was trying to get back before my wife had to pick up the kids from school. Finally got the order to go through after 20 tries. Got there and checked in and waited 20 minutes to get our food, and STILL NO ONION RINGS! Didn't tell us ahead of time or anything let us sit out there and wait. They were nice enough to take my name down for a free onion rings on my next visit but who knows if they will honor that or be able to find that piece of paper next time. Also ordered the banana pudding milkshake and it was basically liquid. Overall super disappointed with this place and would like some sort of...
