‼️LONG POST ALERT‼️ I just got treated like crap 2 days in a row at this location! I feel like the employees were being prejudice. I’m in no way a prejudice person and I don’t like to be treated poorly or mistreated for no reason. I went through drive-thru the day before and ordered 2 drinks. I ordered Frappuccino’s with “no whip cream on the bottom.” I got to the window and there was no whip cream at all. I let the person at the window (tall white, older man with a ponytail) know; I wanted the whip cream at the top, just not at the bottom. I described him because he didn’t have on a name tag. He seemed agitated, and roughly grabbed one of the drinks out of my hand and put whip on the top. I was thinking (wow did he just yank the drink out of my hand?) When he reached for the 2nd drink it happened again! He brought the 2nd one back, sat it on the ledge and walked away. I pulled off, feeling a sense of tension, but I was not going to let him steal my joy! I tasted the drink and it tasted like ice chunks and watered down coffee. I immediately called to let them know I needed to return them, but I’d have to do so in the morning because I’m on my way to work.
I went back this morning and went inside at 615am. I was the only customer on the inside. There were only 2 cars in drive-thru. There were 4 employees inside. One at the window, one in the back, one making drinks & one just standing. I walked in with the 2 drinks & the receipt. There was no acknowledgment. No “good morning,” or “be with you in a moment,” nothing! I started to feel like this wasn’t going to be a good interaction. I walked to the register and stood there for at least 30-40 seconds with the one employee watching me before she acknowledged me. She asked “do you need anything ma’am?” I thought, uhh yeah!
I explained the reason I was returning the drinks and let her know I’d also like to speak with a manager to make a complaint about the employee & the way he treated me the day before. She said “this is the manager right here.” The manager was making drinks, and never looked up. She said “hi.” I understand she was making drinks, but it takes a few seconds to look up and acknowledge someone. Management 101. I told them what happened the day before. The manager NEVER commented, she NEVER asked what the employee looked like, she NEVER apologized. The lady who asked me if I needed anything responded “oh ok, sorry about that.” I know that NOTHING will be done about the mistreatment the day before. But, at that time I began feeling like I was being treated poorly, yet again!
While waiting for my 2nd drink to be remade a white lady walks in, a regular I surmised. The moment she walked in, all employees greeted her with smiles and good morning. The manager-who was the barista, did acknowledge this lady and let her know she’d have her drinks shortly. She didn’t even place an order. They knew what she & her husband regularly orders. The manager had already made a drink for her husband (even though the lady didn’t order one for him and said he didn’t want one this morning). The manager said “aww I already made it!” The lady offered to pay for it anyway. The manager told her she didn’t have to pay.
The manager walks over to the counter after finishing making my 2nd drink and sets it on the counter, slides it my way, says “here you go,” and walks away and continued her conversation with the lady who walked in. She never apologized for the day before or never said she’d speak with the person or anything! I’ve noticed that since being here for a month this isn’t a friendly town! I don’t know if any of what happened this morning was intentional, but if you treat a person like this naturally and without intent, then there’s a problem! It is sad when a person patronizes an establishment and is treated poorly for no reason at all! And, when trying to do the right thing by having the situation rectified the correct way and is treated poorly still, is INSANE! Cooperate for this location, please speak with...
Read moreToday I experienced not just the worst customer service ever at Starbucks but perhaps the worst customer service ever at any food or beverage establishment. I showed up to somebody apparently making my order and putting it out. I sat at the end of the counter and was not even acknowledged. Several times as people came by I tried to to get somebody's attention and nothing so assuming that usually it takes a minute, even though it wasn't very busy at the time, I patiently waited and about 15-20 minutes later a young lady (who had walked in the vicinity several times) asked me what I was waiting for and after explaining, she looked over, saw my order and with a snarky attitude looked at me and said "well in the future you should probably ask if your order's ready" which in the past I've never had an issue because as soon as I've walked in, within minutes somebody usually asks me what I'm waiting for, do I need anything? hello, how was your day? something but today. Nothing not at all and so once I got my order, my food which was hot, at that point had been sitting there was now cold and stale and my drink, my iced coffee was watered down from the ice melting totally horrible but I did not have time at that point 20 minutes later just sitting waiting. Easily the worst experience I've...
Read moreI literally just left a Starbucks from waiting 20 minutes in a mobile order. I asked about my order and she said she was about to make it. 4 other customers came in behind each with orders from the register snd a few mobile orders that were served before me. When I asked about a refund I was informed that she was just now going to make my coffee that they do ever bring by hand and I wasn’t going to rush her she could make her orders I. What’s every she wanted and serve whoever she wanted before another customer. I also witnessed them telling an elderly gentleman that he would need to exit the store and they would bring his coffee outside since he refused to out a mask on do to a medical reason. When I asked for a manger I was informed the two ladies being rude were the two supervisors on duty there was no manager at the store today. Completely unprofessional in how they are running this tote they allowed the barista to speak to me as if she was another customer that I had asked a question to. The store should be shut down and everyone go through training and she should be fired. When ai started to video and asked for names they both clammed up and refused to speak to me anymore because they didn’t want proof of what had just happened. Told me to go to another Starbucks...
