Well I'd say normally these ratings would be much better so just bare with me as I explain why this ARBY'S struck out . First thing I noticed it wasn't even busy and I was third maybe fourth in line. I was actually just randomly coming through because I had some coupons and there were things I wanted to try. First coupon was for there new white cheese macaroni. I'd tried the other loaded macaroni which was better than I thought it would be so why not try the other specially because I'd get it for a bit cheaper 😉. Well the taste was definitely good but the ratio of cheese to macaroni was not I'd say you could have added about three to four cups of macaroni to my order and it still would have been plenty cheesy lol , just way too much cheese, and that's something I'd never imagined me ever saying about anything, but still it had good flavor . Next coupon mozzarella sticks ( are you seeing a theme here yet lol) I didn't know that you could mess up mozzarella sticks , but they figured out how. Cold and taste like they had been made the week before . 🤮. next coupon my small milk shake that allowed me to even eat what I'd bought... Yes the life saving jamocha shake( I may have spelled it wrong ) the cheapest thing I'd got for this coupon day was on point and the main reason for the third star , because I honestly believe it saved my life on my first bite of the glued up Mac and CHEESE. IM NOT EVEN JOKING, BUT IT IS FUNNY LOOKING BACK. my mother had some coupons also and she went with what she new best curly fries. I tell you this was the worst . The large was more like a medium and they were super cold and tasted just horrible. I've never taken a bite of anything more atrocious in my life . I actually had to go back inside to get them replaced. So all in all not the Arby's I'll be going to ever again. What I believed happened was just staff laziness. I'm guessing what I was served was whatever they had left of everything right before they were making all new. If you do happen to stop in make sure you mention you want all fresh everything. That's the best way to assure you get the Arby's experience you want especially after watching commercial after commercial. I make my selections, apply my "25% off" discount, and hit the Google Pay button. "Technical difficulties". I tried the card directly. Same thing. Tried a credit card. Technical difficulties. Had to give up and try my luck in store. Had to laugh when I saw the sign on the door. It says "please be kind to the staff that are here to serve you." Gee whiz, I wonder why they need THAT? A 16-year-old teen with a freaking EARBUD in her ear comes to the register. I say "I'd like two medium Cajun Fish meals with peach lemonade please." She tells me "we don't have cajun fish." I point to the sign. She says "Ohhh, you mean the cajun fish WRAP!" Good job, Sherlock. Then she asks "did you want the drinks medium or medium meals." "Like I said, two medium meals with peach lemonade." I finally get rung up. Some other customers come through in the mean time. The manager tells me I'm just waiting on the curly fries, and I say that's fine. The manager hands me the bag and two empty cups. I ask about the lemonade. They simply did not put my side of cheddar sauce in my bag. It was a mere .69$ of a situation. The ignorant man got an attitude and had not skills or idea how to make the situation right.
