I placed an online order with this location, and my husband picked it up. We had paid extra for smashed avocado on a sandwich, and it wasn't put on. My husband called this location to try to get a simple refund or remake of the sandwich, and was greeted by a profoundly rude assistant manager who - rather than offer a simple and effective solution - decided to argue with my husband, claim we were lying, and insist that she did put avocado on. This is the cleanest Subway I have ever been to. The staff are very nice and friendly. You can tell someone has ocd there. This is a very good thing! You will find a beautiful cold case with every meat and cheese and side stacked or rolled individually. So neat and delicious looking. The bread yum what can I say. Five stars and ten if I could give them. My only complaint is that they don't allow the coupons I get in my email to be used in store. That's a company thing so pay...

Ordered 4 sandwiches 2 cold cut one with extra meat, 1 garlic roast beef, and one steak. None had cheese, and two had so little lettuce it looked like the employee just took the leaving from the bucket and dribbled them on, the steak and one of the cold cuts were supposed to have all of the hot peppers, but only had jalapeños.
