Never thought I'd base an entire establishment on one person, but alas. Here I am. Decent hotel - old with few amenities but... it's Anchorage. The bartender at the nighttime restaurant at Sheraton is utterly horrible.
I've dealt with Lucy in the past and she is truly remarkable. I like that woman so much, as she's truly attentive. The morning staff also shines brightly - such a great group. But the female bartender I've dealt with doesn't hold a candle to Lucy's brightness.
In the future, I will search for other Marriott hotels because of this woman's lack of service, support, and downright laziness. I sat for over 30 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. I ask, Sheraton, is this who you want...

Service, well that could be better. Servers are often seen hiding behind counter areas. When approached they pawn off the request to "your server" and don't offer to get the server to you even.
