Atmosphere – 3 stars The space felt cramped and a bit disorganized. It was hard to tell where the line began, as several people were standing around waiting for their orders, which created some confusion. Once we figured it out, we were served fairly quickly. The shop also doubles as a plant store, which gave it an unusual vibe—not necessarily bad, just not what I expected from a coffee spot. There’s no seating, which made it feel more like a grab-and-go place than a spot to relax. Service – 3 stars The service was okay but not memorable. The barista wasn’t particularly friendly or welcoming—no smile, no small talk. It didn’t feel like a warm or inviting experience. Coffee – 3 stars We both ordered iced caramel lattes, but they lacked the caramel flavor we were hoping for. It wasn’t sweet and didn’t have the balance you’d expect from a flavored latte. The coffee itself was fine, but definitely not something I’d go out of my way to get again. Overall – 3 out of 5 stars That Feeling Company is a unique spot that blends coffee and plants, but the execution fell short for me. The atmosphere was confusing, the service was a bit cold, and the drink didn’t deliver on flavor. It’s not a bad place, but I probably wouldn’t rush back.

Mostly a plant shop but they also serve specialty coffees which are quite good. It’s adorable .

I just visited the most amazing shop in town - it's a little slice of heaven on earth. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by the heavenly aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the lush green leaves of the plants on display. The coffee selection is top-notch, with a wide range of flavors and roasts to choose from. I tried the monthly special and it was absolutely divine - the perfect balance of creamy, and sweet. The plant selection is equally impressive, with a wide variety of succulents, house plants, and other green beauties to choose from. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the perfect plant for your home or office. I left with a beautiful bird of paradise that is already thriving in my living room. But the coffee and plants are just the beginning - this shop also has an amazing selection of gifts, including candles, thermoses, plant care accessories, swag, and I couldn't resist picking up a few gifts for friends and family, and I'm sure they'll love them as much as I do. Overall, I can't recommend That Feeling Co enough. It's the perfect spot for a caffeine fix, some plant therapy, and a little retail therapy all rolled into one. Go check it out - you won't be disappointed!

I've come here a couple of times to grab a quick coffee and breakfast/lunch from Fire Island across the hall. What a dynamic duo! Their plain latte is perfection, and the quality of espresso likely carries over to every drink on the menu. They have some interesting seasonal drinks, too. This is definitely the best coffee I've had anywhere in Anchorage. It's an easy environment to soak up inside the market, though sitting room can be hard to find at peak hours. Pair your coffee with a pastry or sandwich from Fire Island and your tastebuds will have a great time! This place also doubles as a plant shop. They've found a new...
