A few days ago some crew members and I went there to get a coffee and unwind from our daily routine we weren't sure if we're going to eat anything but ordered coffee to just sit down and have a little chat one of the staff literally told us indirectly if we're not going to eat anything to please leave at the time the place wasn't busy and there were some open tables and we were just sitting by the window enjoying our coffee didn't see anything wrong with that at the end of the day we are paying customers whether or not we chose to eat something or not I don't think it's okay to tell people to leave especially since sometimes that's our only normal feeling and how we chose to spend our time /break outside and this by the way wasn't out first time there this was a regular spot for us when our ship docks I don't think I/we will be coming there as it just doesn't feel very welcoming after...

I came here twice - once for just a cup of coffee and a slice of loaf. Both were perfect and delicious - the Hikers delight is a very well done dirty chai and the loaf was perfectly moist.

Both were so good that I had to go back another day. This time though I changed it up and tried their Sasquatch waffle with cream cheese frosting along with the Hikers Delight. Wow! That might be the best waffle I have ever had and was not expecting anything nearly so delicious. The batter was perfectly layered and tasted exactly like a cinnamon bun fresh out of the oven, but in waffle form. I am only disappointed that I did not try this on my first day!

I would highly recommend this spot - great locally sourced ingredients that are prepared amazingly. The atmosphere of the cart is also perfect - with some covered outdoor seating. Locals and tourists were hitting...

This was a place I hadn’t heard about and wasn’t highlighted on Google or anywhere. We stumbled upon a menu outside on the window and returned with our party to eat. It was a good find. The food was really good and it was a great experience. The two downsides were the seating and the portions. I ordered the Yeti Berry and it was underwhelming in size. It was really good, however I left just about as hungry as I came but wasn’t willing to spend more than the nearly $20 I spent already to satisfy my appetite. We also ordered a thanksgiving dinner panini that was flavorful but was disappointing that it had cheap lunch meat instead of carved meat for context of the name. Value is the only reason I wouldn’t give a five star here. The tall tables are hard to eat at if you plan to get up during your meal. The chairs don’t slide and you end up hitting your...

Cole filled me with greatness! Seeking a quick bite and coffee, I stumbled into The Sittin’ Sasquatch. This quaint eatery should be on your VERY SHORT list when in Skagway. Period. I originally went for a bagel but was talked into getting a breakfast sandwich instead - and I’ll tell ya, it was the sustenance I didn’t even know I needed! “Just surprise me”, I said, as I was asked what I wanted on it. Well, Cole delivered! Absolute perfection on a platter was this bacon, sausage, egg & cheese stack- hand crafted by a most hospitable of first meal formulators. Thanks Cole & team for insuring Skagway’s introduction was truly best of the best!

I happened upon The Sittin’ Sasquatch during a day in Skagway, and I consider it a real find. It was truly the highlight of my day in the quaint hamlet surrounded by the mountains and the sea. I originally stopped because I loved the quirky name of the coffee café, and I stayed because the people were super friendly. The vibe and decor was really cool and most importantly the chai tea latte was excellent. I ordered a hot chai tea latte with lavender infusion and oat milk and it was absolutely superb. I guarantee if I lived within a 30 mile drive of this place I would be there at least twice a week …unfortunately, I live across the country!

Super cool restaurant in town! We went for brunch while in port from our cruise. The staff was super welcoming and we loved the home town vibes of the place. I wish I remember our waiters name, but he was absolutely lovely and very patient with my slow ordering. I got the avocado toast and my partner got a wrap. Food was really good! Our waiter gave us all their hot sauces to try! All delicious!! When we come back on our next cruise we’ll be sure to visit again! Thank you all so much for being so kind and welcoming to my husband and I!
