Update. Manager called me, apologized and asked me to text him my address so he would mail me a 20.00 check. Two weeks go by nothing. I texted back and the response was "what!!?" I explained he asked for my address to mail me a refund for the meal. He said the checks had been mailed out. Than he blocked me. No checks were mailed. I was lied to.

Worst food ever Spent 25.00 on two meals. They messed up the order got two onion rings and it was supposed to be a fry with one and onion ring with other. Two bites and I spit my burger out. Someone added an extremely large amount of salt. I have had food salted too much but this was so bad I couldn't eat it. My husband threw his away too. The onion rings were dropping in oil. I had a $33 order and I had a $14 order. The 14 dollar order was dry and it was disgusting. It was old chicken. The $33 order they took forever making it. I saw them trying to give my hamburger to somebody else. I heard the person at drive-thru. Please don't give my hamburger to somebody else. I ordered a papa meal which should have gotten french fries. I ordered cheese curds that was supposed to be on the side not part of the combo. So it's supposed to have cheese, curds and fries along with the hamburger and the six piece chicken tenders. It took forever and it looked like they were confused and then when I was trying to talk to this manager she was kind of rude because she didn't know what was going on either. But whatever. We went well over an hour before closing, nobody else in line and yet we were served cold, stale, nasty fries. Which we just let go since they were closing in about an hour. But not even half way through our burgers & there were hairs in them. I called the store 10 times before someone finally answered & the gentleman said “I’m really sorry about that ma’am if you come back we can remake it”. We couldn’t since we don’t live in Albany, but also why would I want my burger remade by the same people if I already got one from them with hair in it. & I told him we couldn’t come back as we were already on the highway, he said “yeah not much else I can do, sorry”.
